I rang the buzzer to get in and the guy was irritated. He took my package and I asked for a receipt. He said that they dont normally give a receipt, but he would do it this time, in a rude and belligerent. I told him that I always get a receipt when I turn in a package and how would I be able to prove that I dropped it off at the facility. He then gave it to me and started to argue that they dont give a receipt when you drop off a package to send to someone which is ridiculous. I will never go back to this facility and be verbally abused because I simply asked for a receipt to verify that i dropped off the package and to protect myself. Horrible service !

I came this morning with QR code to return a modem back to Frontier communications. There was one employee ( dark haired chubby Guy) and I was the only customer. I told that I'm following instructions to return here and showed him the QR code on my phone and he quickly barked at me to make the phone face him completely even though he could've easily scanned it . And quickly said that this is not a valid code and you need to call frontier I can't do it whith what you have. I left feeling something was not right. Drove up to the UPS near topanga mall and they were able to take the return but had to do manually do it. If the owner is reading this, this employee is sabotaging your store. If that POS is the owner, stay the hell away from this place. This guy is nasty liar and cannot be trusted with your business.

I went to this UPS store today, 11/10/23 to drop off an Amazon return. The "manager" behind the counter was extremely rude. He scanned by return barcode and stated, "that needs to go to Mandel". I said, "what does that mean?" With an irritated tone he responds, "I don't know contact Amazon". I tried to show him on my phone where it stated "return to any UPS Store". Again, in a rude tone he says to me, "contact Amazon." I had inadvertently started a second return and had him scan the wrong barcode. My mistake was causing the error when he scanned the barcode, but just his tone and abrupt manner will make me never come back to the UPS store. I went to the Amazon Fresh store down the street and the woman behind the counter was patient and sweet and helped me realize the mistake that was made. All my returns will now be completed at this location.

I came to return an Amazon package. Previously, I went to the UPS in Woodland Hills and had some really bad service. Today, while in line waiting at this UPS on Roscoe and Topanga, I witnessed an employee named, Daniel, do something you often don’t see in the customer service business anymore. He showed passion, kindness, and very hard work ethic. Sweating while package something for 2 people who mailing a large package. Before she paid, he apologized and told her “ I forgot to add your coupon”. She was so grateful she kept saying thank you to him , and he responded “I love what I do”. Anyone, with an “I love what I do”attitude performs better at any job they have. Daniel is a prime example of someone who loves what he does. Very polite, and hard working. If you are the owner of this business you need to realize what a gem you have for an employee. Finding people like him in any service industry is not easy now a days. God bless you, Daniel. The world would be a better place with people as dedicated as you.

Received extremely poor customer service from a Latino male working the counter. Attitude was completely out of line. Contacted UPS customer service and made a complaint. Corporate needs to get him out of there before something escalates and becomes more problematic for the company . He isn’t cutout for the position.

Dear Owner of this store,Your Indian-descendant employee (first name A, Last Name P) told me we were closed when I arrived the store at 2:50pm.I said: you still have 10 mins before you close right?He said: But I'm very hungry because I didn't eat lunch. So...He stopped talking and indicating the door for me to leave. This UPS store has a good location but the owner needs to hire someone with professionalism. I don't feel comfortable to let them handle my important documentation.

The guy that works behind the counter can be quite rude. He has a terrible attitude and I will not be frequenting this place again. If I were the owner I would not want someone like him interfacing with my customers. I am sure I am not the only one who had this experience.

I called in needing help changing an address and I was having trouble with both the online and automated calling system. Matt was very kind and helpful. He even went out of his way to call and correct the address for me. I really appreciated his time.

Oh, how convenient this location would be for me. If only the employees had any sense of customer service. A smile on their face. A brain. If only.I came by to drop off an Amazon return. I was behind a woman who also had an Amazon return. She had a box closed up with blue painter's tape. She asked him to tape it better for her. No problem, he said, and scanned her QR code.He helped me next. I brought in a box that was open with the item inside. He told me it would be a dollar to tape up the box. I looked again at the QR code. It said, "customer packed." Really? This means I have to retape the box? I brought it in the original shipping box. This is a store that is ENTIRELY DEDICATED to shipping. Just tape the box up for me. Can you? Is it that hard? Wait it gets better. He charged me TAX on the one dollar. I had already reached into my purse and pulled out a $1 bill. Grudgingly. I didn't have any change. I looked at him incredulously. "How would you feel about not charging me tax?" I asked him. He figured out a way to remove the NINE ADDITIONAL CENTS from the charge.I hope they spend that dollar really wisely at this UPS Store because they'll never get another one from me again.Editing to add: how convenient (read: suspicious) that a new five-star review with a sarcastic reference to mine was added just three hours later. By someone who had never reviewed a business before. Now I know you do business dishonestly.

Ive tried returning a product from amazon but the so called manager refused it unless i purchased an empty box from them. Despite many empties amazon boxes on the floor, he insisted he would have to sell me those amazon boxes that are on the floor lol really though? Whats next? Selling a used tape? Welcome to the neighborhood though. I hope your business thrive by providing these kinda services
