I like giving business to local owners and try to give people working customer service the benefit of the doubt but every time I've been here the last few years the guy working acts indignant that I'm there and that I he has to help get hardware, the hardware they keep behind a counter where only staff are allowed.
Definitely heard him curse under his breath in Spanish about helping me. I've stopped going here and lately when I drive by it's not been open. Maybe they threw in the hat because people stopped coming in to be treated like crap when they can get the same parts & hardware without all the attitude elsewhere?

Wow, I don't know where to start. The counter guy was the rudest guy l ever met. He said some cussing words in Spanish when I told him he charged me some other price last time. I do not recommend this space until this guy is gone.

This place is by far the worst business, I don't see how he's open, it's more like a junkyard,as previously stated by other customers, it's dirty the owner never acknowledged me, I asked another customer if he knew if they sold one particular screw that I was looking for, he suggested going somewhere else, which I gladly did , even if he had it I would not have purchased it, his store needs to be closed down, Beware do not enter stay away, he doesn't deserves anyone's business,he gets a 0.... Not even 1 star. Unfortunately I had to put it in order to post my review, no customer service skills at all!!

Went here for a tub washer after Lowes did not have it. The guy took the part, walked to a section behind him, grabbed the part, I paid for the part, and left. I'm able to take baths now if i so choose, thanks to this place!

Horrible service I bought a part for a toilet arrived home realized it was damaged, went back to exchange it and all was good . I needed another part for a second toilet in my home and they refused to sell it to me because if the part is damaged once again they are not exchanging it anymore the gentleman said it’s too bad if it’s damaged .. My dad even told him we can both win sell it to me I’ll fix my toilet we both win, you get a sale and my toilet worksThey lost a $170 sale and a customer .Which we all know in mass production there are many many times where parts are not in working conditionHORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!!!Do not recommendPlus they have so many bad reviews, it’s no wonder !

I don't understand...you work in customer service so, when a customer comes in and you see them, you stop your conversation and you ask, "Can I help you?" But, what happened to my husband and I when we went inside Plumbing City was the opposite of good customer service. The guy behind the counter saw us when we came in, but there was no acknowledgement of our presence, not even a hello or hi. He just kept talking to someone who was sitting down across from him and didn't look like a customer. When we were heading out the door, that's when he called out and ask if we need help. The guy couldn't even manage basic customer service. We won't be back.

Sold us old washers. The inventory was old and dusty. Charged us $7.00 dollars for washers we had to repurchase at Home Depot for $2.39.Loved going there in the 70's thru the 90's. Now I'll never return.

It's incredible how far some people will go to prove to you that they don't want either yours or anyone else' business.Popped in to this place looking for a water line adapter, and straight away the proprietor started acting like I was just wasting his time.Unbelievably rude, and will straight up act like you insulted him if you ask a few simple questions about the job that you need parts for, or if he has any parts suggestions.This guy has a real chip on his stunted shoulders, and it really doesn't matter how many parts they carry if the customer is sold the wrong ones based on bad information provided.

I walked in wanted to replace my shower stems due to a running faucet. The gentleman at the counter told me my stems were in good shape and that I just needed new washers. He then replaced them there for me, greased the stems and also showed me how to change the seats. He was very kind and I appreciate that.

AVOID THIS ESTABLSHMENT!!!!!I wholeheartedly agree with everyone's post regarding the lack of any customer service of this place and rude does not accurately describe how badly they treat most people. And be prepared to NEVER get a refund on whatever you purchase...I learned once again the hard way!I asked to speak with the owner and was told he was in a meeting, that was a lie because when I did knock on his door, he was available. His respond to my issue was "why don't you sue me" and the dollar amount in question was just over $14!! They have absolutely NO customer service, customer respect nor customer appreciation. Do not give this place any business, which I find difficult to say about a local small business but we deserve better than what little they are currently offering! The valley has many more places for your business.
