There is number of discrepancies between Amazon and UPS return processes. The personnel, including store owner is not really qualified to solve these discrepancies.

Hands-down, the best UPS store I have ever been to. I was helped by Tyrique who was incredibly helpful kind, and patient with me with all of my returns and boxing needs. In comparison to a lot of service, I have received that other UPS, this was amazing and the employees were phenomenal.

If you go to the UPS store, make sure to ask for Marcus. He was very attentive and detail oriented. He explained to me the different options and ancillary services available to the customers. You can't go wrong with the UPS at the Village in Woodland Hills.

The UPS infrastructure for shipping anything fragile or valuable is complete nonsense. The staff here is courteous, professional and patient. UPS gains the big bucks while these guys and drivers do the hard work. I had to pack and ship an item, Matt was very kind and helpful in the process.

The UPS store on 3141 Stevens Creek Blvd is providing great customer service. The associate Denee is very nice and respectful to customer. She always smile and polite to people. Handling our package carefully. I would like to give her 5 stars.

This UPS Store is a gem; I have never experienced such a QUICK in and out. I walked in, a staff member knew exactly what to scan for shipping, attached the label, printed the receipt and handed it to me. If I had a timer, I was in and out within two minutes - max. Maybe even one.The only annoyance is parking and whether to pay or not... I think what would be awesome is if there were a dedicated 15 minute spot in front of UPS for customers who need to get in and out quickly. Otherwise, you'll have to pay $1-2 for 90 minutes of parking and walk about 5 minutes over (there is no option for cheaper and lower increments for parking).

We all have times in which we need a reliable place to ensure our goods are delivered and shipped on time. This is a great spot to make sure it happens. The customer service is on point and any questions you have will be answered. You can also purchase shipping supplies here as well. Parking is in their lot.
