Bank manager is very unprofessional at this branch. I gave them another chance as it is a convenient location but found the same inferior service again. I would recommend going to another us bank in the area where the customer service is far superior.

I visit this branch frequently and I am extremely happy with their service and their hours of operation. I love the fact that I can come in on a Sunday and there's someone to help me out. The employees are nice and always helpful.

This bank is out of my way, and I only went here because they had a Western Union. Overall, it was nice, they did try to offer me to open up an account there (like all banks do) but I politely declined. Smooth transaction and friendly people.
