I went in to deliver a package to Wisconsin and the man at the desk, Mickey, was so kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to explain what the best option would be for delivering my fragile package. I really felt like my delivery was in good hands and he was just a genuinely kind person which is rare to find in service these days. Thank you Mickey!

We had the absolute best experience with Mickey who works at this post office! We had some issues with mailing out our wedding invitations initially - so we decided to go in person to the post office. He went above and beyond to help us, taking so much time to walk us through every detail and patiently answer all of our questions. Mickey is very knowledgeable, and also extremely kind and genuine! Everything ended up working out great, thanks to him. If you ever have any issues with mailing something or have any questions - Mickey is your guy!

It's April 28, 2025 and I showed up at the post office to mail a package but this post office doesn't open until 10 unlike the other ones around here that open at 9 AM luckily they have a self service kiosk as I need to mail a document express. But the mail drop is taped open saying does not work and there are no supplies or pens anywhere to be seen. when I try to use the machine it said that the printer was out of ink and it could email me the label. Of course this won't work. I rang the bell and surprisingly a disgruntled poster worker answered who looked out. I asked nicely if there were any envelopes that I could use as all the supply rack with empty She said I needed to wait until 10 AM when they opened. I said please are there any supplies I can use? The supply rack is empty she went back and got me one. She didn't look pleased.- not sure why. I mentioned that as a government agency, it would be nice if you all have the funds to keep things running well and she seems upset with that. I could hear her talking in the back behind the wall about what I have said to her fellow coworkers, I mentioned through the mail drop slot that the label Printer was also out of ink. I love our post offices and I'm not sure what's happening with this one as it's the first time I've been here, but I certainly hope that someone will read this and step it up. Also, I hope management will make it a priority to have happy employees.

Really like coming into this location. Usually no long lines, clean and peaceful. Lawrence among others that have assisted me, are always insightful and informative with their suggestions for mailing out important documents. Thank you for your service.

Maria is very rude and racist! She lied on numerous occasion where u have walked in stating there are no money orders! She is always angry and very hostile to black people! She needs to fired immediately

Very friendly and helpful postal worker at the counter! There is no public parking lot. Metered parking by the building.

Employees are so rude!!! Especially the morning employees. I wish I saw his name tag. The fact that the employees get the large parking lot behind the building is insane. And you don't have to be an a****** when you tell someone this fact. I left. No package mailing is worth being treated like dirt by a man. Go to a different location.

This is hands down the best post office I've ever been to. The customer service is top notch! The guy working there, (I don't remember his name but he's got a beard and he speaks Spanish) has the best customer service I've ever encountered at any post office. He treats everyone with a smile and is so nice when you ask him any question. The older lady is also soooooo helpful!! You guys need to give these people a pay raise because when I say this is the best I've ever been treated at a post office, I mean it!! Hell I live in Van Nuys and I'll drive the extra 20 mins just to go mail at this post office. The post office close to my house doesn't even compare to this one!!

So far I have been having weird stuff happening with our mail missing I GET INFORMED MAIL (so you see what is suppose to go inside your mail box everyday) so I called this location not once but twice in the same week , so on May 1 I spoke to Shane and he also recommended me to get a new secured mail box instead, but also was even more weird was at the phone call (which was recorded) said and also noticed that I had put a hold on my mail which was correct and I was glad it was noticed, but after a day or 2 days later on May 4th I spoke to Harvey now being have said and CLARIFIED THAT MY MAIL WAS “ON HOLD” I was still getting my mail COMING in even after the starting dat of the Hold. Instead of it being ALL IN HOLD I also noticed that ONLY A PORTION OF OF MAIL was coming in and that important things such as Bank Mail, DMV mail Insurance Mail would go missing and YES I also have called the other end of other companies every thing was ok and was sent on their end but just for USPS not being very thorough at this point… ? Was starting to question this …. anyway I am still keeping a close eye and look and I also installed a camera towards my mail box now to see if anyone really is paying attention with their duties over there or just messing around because I’ve been starting to notice and investigate my self.I will update my review once I collect all my hold mail from the end date. (Which they also changed) and I wasn’t given a new confirmation number for it so IM GIVING THEM TIME OF REDEMPTION if the people that work there are really trust worthy.Anyone else is having this problem please let it be known.

Mickey is awesome and this post office is always clean and welcoming. Never busy, literally. Beautiful historic building in Canoga Park across from Green Thumb nursery and next to Follow Your Heart. Old school and awesome vibes.
