I had never had a problem with this Walgreens until they hired a new pharmacist. She withheld my medication for almost 2 weeks for a variety of conflicting reasons. At first the assistant pharmacist that knows me told me my medication was on hold because it is an opiate. Despite never testing positive for opiate drugs, seeing a pain management doctor, being proactive with my meds I waited a few days for the script to be filled. Five days later my doctor refilled my meds for AFHA. That is when the story changed. After no one alerting me to the problem I called corporate Walgreens to explain I needed my meds and it was being help due to it being an opiate drugs. The story manager, Alex called the next day annoyed I had been dissatisfied with the pharmacist. I said I would be at the store to get my meds. Only after arriving did I learn the new and inexperienced pharmacist would not release my meds because of a MAJOR drug interaction that I could not find anywhere while searching the web. Further, when I called my doctor he said that there is NO drug interaction, he would call and educate this person and we will not use Walgreens anymore. To pour salt in my wound, the pharmacist assistant that originally told me that the new pharmacist is being difficult changed her story and tried to throw me under the bus. Meanwhile the store manager was posturing as to intimidate me. He said that pharmacist’s are like doctors. I guess you need know education to be a store manager. I did give them 2 stars because the people that worked there before this uneducated team showed up had been pretty good. I guess bankruptcy is what the pharmacist is striving for.The pharmacist was wrong and now the entire pharmacy system treats me with disrespect.

I stopped by this Walgreens today because I placed my magnet photo to be printed here. I pick this location because I was grabbing food across the street. I put in my magnet photo off the website and it said it would be ready for pickup in about thirty minutes. So I left my house and by the time I arrived to the store, I got an email that it was cancelled.
I still walked inside the store to get familiar with where things are if I was to come back here again. The photo department is on the left side of the store and the pharmacy is toward the back. The prices of things will vary depending on what you're looking for but most of the time, it is pricer here than other places from my experience. I found parking easily and they also have destinated parking spots for curbsides pickup.

I just got hung up on by Dina who works here. I've been waiting on a prescription for over 6 weeks and she tells me she has over 130 prescriptions to fill today and that I need to wait. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she said there is no supervisor here on duty and that they will be back tomorrow. She needs to be moved out of answering phones.

I've never been here without a looooong wait, appointment or not. Just picking up a prescription can take what seems like forever; but even with vaccine appointments, checked in or not, you will have to wait.
The employees are massively understaffed, so please have patience with them. Can you imagine having too much work (and work that is demanding), and you get complaints from clients all day long?
The bathroom is locked off, and an employee has to let you in, but it is still dirty.

Very sloppy pharmacy. Waited 40 min because they forgot to call my name. Watched every other person have difficulty picking up prescriptions. Go somewhere else.

DO NOT USE FOR PRESCRIPTIONS!
They don’t have inventory of very common medications. They cancel your prescriptions without ANY communication. When calling for information I was left on hold until the system eventually hung up on me. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions out of Walgreens

Literally ZERO STARS but I have to put something in. Horrible experience here. Three weeks ago I sent a prescription here for the first time after a doctors visit, I had never used this pharmacy before and am new to the area so when I went to pick it up and they needed more insurance information and I had to wait longer, fine. It was frustrating because no one called or let me know anything was wrong, I would've provided the information had I known something was missing. Today I had to have another prescription filled, sent it to this pharmacy because I thought it would be easy since they had all my info. When I went to pick it up 2 hours after the doctor sent it, they said my insurance was expired (it is not). When I showed them my card they said it was no good. I said I was just here 3 weeks ago and got prescriptions filled. She looked again and suddenly it was "good." But of course my prescription was not filled. I had to wait 15-20 minutes. I waited 25 minutes then went around to the drive through again they said it still wasn't ready and I had to come in. I have pneumonia and feel awful, so I was frustrated. I came in they could only fill part of my prescription because they said the doctor must have made a mistake sending one script twice and missed my spacer for my inhaler. Even though I already had the inhaler they refused to give me the spacer even though I had physical paperwork from my doctor with the spacer on it and spacers are readily available online without a script. Literally so horrible. They had the audacity to tell me to call my doctor after I waited for this for 3 hours, well the doctor's office is closed. So frustrating. Never ever ever again will I waste my time at this walgreens.

My experience with this store is that I have shop a couple of times here and they always seem to have the wrong prices . Cashiers start to give you an attitude when you tell them the price is wrong. Honestly I think management needs to make sure the employees are putting the items where they belong with the correct prices

This location manager Richard Samual , is one of the worst Walgreens to go .This manager refuse to honor the discounts on the Walgreens website and refuse to override the glitch in there system that allows the costumer to get a 70%discount on photos which we all know it can be override yet I went to other Walgreens the same day and they honored the coupon but this manager Richard blames it on his manager which is BS , why were other managers from a different location do it but not him How is it when I got the coupon on Walgreens website . Now I know why they have 2stars rating . I will never step foot in that location ever Location Topanga bl and saticoy . A very disappointed customer it's askin me to add a star rating , I add one star even thou I believe this store doesn't deserve
