There are 39 people in line and only 1 bank teller open..but there is 6 people setting at a table laughing and chit chatting behind the single teller helping 39 people by herself. Nobody said this place was meant to be fast but this is ridiculous

Been in line for 30 mins with 8 people still ahead of me and they only have 2 tellers on a Monday morning. Great job guys

The people are nice, but as a branch they always lack staff and it seems that most of the staff they have have to be the slowest in the WF pool. Just be ready to spend an hour for any simple transaction. Don't even think about going there during your lunch break.

Wells Fargo keeps closing my card for more than 7x for mis use and stolen. I needed a print out here because the training facility I train at for basketball was charging me money. Also I asked the teller number 4 for a printed copy of my statement til today November, Dec January Feb and I didn't get the whole print out and instead I got a ticket in the parking meter.

They refuse to cash checks and make up excuses that the system isn't working, however I see people cash checks while waiting in line. It seems like the tellers are RACIST and look down on me when I walk in. Never go to this branch unless you want to feel degraded.

Never in my life did I think I would leave a review for a bank branch. Andrea and Fernando and 1 more gentleman helped me today and I will now transfer to Well Fargo as my new bank. I am not even a Well Fargo customer and I got pristine customer service!

Daniella!! With the trashy false lashes and dingy blonde highlights is a racist. I came in today to do a withdrawal without my debit card. Keep in mind, that since I've lost my card and I'm waiting a replacement Ive visited this branch a few times to make withdraws, deposits, etc without a problem. I gave her proper identification and let her know that I can answer any security questions that she might have. This wasn't enough for her, she had to go get her supervisor who was already on a phone call with someone else only to have me waiting an additional long wait until she finished with them. Her supervisor asked how did I use my card previously. I told her through Apple Pay. Then she asked to see my Apple Pay!! What?? I've banked with many other banks and I've never been asked to see my phone for Apple Pay. Then I asked why can't she ask me the security questions or even you I told her I didn't mind answering any questions. The supervisor says to me "because there been a lot of account takeovers" HUH ?? Still has yet to ask me ANY security deposit. I'm sure if you were that concerned you would still ask the customer what those security questions were?? Right?? No, because she knew they were wrong! Didn't ask any further questions, instead dispensed my measly $200 that caused all of this commotion! Very ridiculous, inconveniencing and a complete waste of time! Do better and train your employees better!

Horrible service. Nobody greeted me at the door or even while I was standing looking lost wondering where all the employees went. When I finally talked to someone they said they were leaving and couldn't help me. Then another employee said he was booked all day and couldn't squeeze me in because he has lunch at 12. I found another branch that is going above and beyond to help. Never coming here again.

Came to this bank today and the associate helping me was very rude and seemed annoyed. She called over a manager to get a second opinion on my transaction and her manager was extremely hostile and rude. I didn't catch her name, but she was wearing a hijab. I try my best to spread kindness to customer service workers, as I am one myself. Especially since it's so close to Christmas. Her attitude really ruined my day and made me feel embarrassed. Definitely won't be coming back here and will be switching banks. Maybe teach your associates/managers how to speak to people with kindness and respect.

This is my home location and I usually just go inside the bank if the outdoor atms are busy. So I have never met any of the bankers or teller. Today they really came through. I had an issue with my account that I couldn't resolve over the phone and the bank manger took the time in the last few minutes before the bank closed to help me out. Thank you Nicholas (I hope that's how it's spelled) the bank manager for helping me out. I appreciate the fact that he acknowledged I am a long time customer and resolved my problem.
