I would give a 5 star review only for the younger gentleman, Noe, who is on the computer at the right side of the window when you walk in. However, the older guy, Sergio, who sits to the computer at the left side of the window is extremely rude! I went in yesterday trying to send money to a relative in need out of the country. Sergio told me that my account locked/declined and I can't send anything. I asked him to try sending it to someone else or in a different amount because I've had this issue before and it worked. He got angry, raised his voice, and using impolite hand gestures said "No it already declined, I said it declined!" So I walked away, got back in line, and went to Noe when he was free. He kindly helped me with all the patience, as usual, and it ended up working! Being polite and listening to customers is important. Kindness goes a long way - thank you so much Noe!
