My wife and I stopped by Nordstrom so she can look at purses. She wanted to look at the Tory Burch brand and it was toward the middle of the store. They did change some stuff around in the store. I remember they used to have racks of mobile pickup area but now that's gone. We mostly stayed on the 2nd floor but it looks like they have a lot of stuff to offer. The store is very cleaned and organized.

Nordstrom Topanga provided me with a damaged product, but when I attempted to return it, they declined, offering instead to repair the damage. Given the significant cost of the item, I preferred to return it. This seems to be a recurring issue, based on other reviews, where items are damaged in the process of packaging in the back and then refused for return. I'd strongly advise avoiding this store to save yourself the frustration.Tasha - Copying and pasting the same response on every single negative review and adds zero value. However, it 100% aligns with the fact that Nordstrom and specifically Nordstrom Topanga now has a horrible reputation for all aspects of the business. Congratulations on being consistent.

I had a positive experience today with Suzette M, the Customer Experience Manager at Nordstrom Topanga. I had a minor issue with a return of multiple items from different orders being processed back to a single card instead of the respective card for each order. This caused a small issue with my credit card company. The credit card company itself was not helpful. However, I called Nordstroms just to see if they could help and was connected to Suzette. Suzette was very kind, communicated clearly and seemed to genuinely care despite my issue being very minor (to the point that I myself wasn't going to continue following up if I never heard back). Suzette resolved my issue and left me feeling very satisfied. It was a positive experience in customer service and I am grateful for Nordstrom and Suzette's help. Thank you!

Whatever happened to Nordstrom service? We were in the shoe department and Dante was helping us. At first he was nice enough to make the sale, not the nice service Nordstrom provided before, but once I saw another pair that I liked more, mind you it was more expensive, he told me that they did not have it in my size or even online to order and right away his attitude shifted. While I was deciding if I still wanted to get the first pair, he grabbed the box out of my hands and said 'I don't want to waste your time anymore' with a certain attitude. He really meant 'don't waste my time anymore'. It was pretty bad. Very sad how much service has declined.

I went in to buy some shoes. I asked for a pair and then when the first guy was gone (larger in size, stands tall, brown hair) - i asked a question to another employee who was around (seemed like the manger, had on a red paid shirt) but he ended up getting me another pair i asked about. The first guy got so mad and started talking about how I have to only talk to one person due to commission. I have bought from Nordstroms before in another state and due to always being helped immediately and quickly I was not aware of this. Nor is it my job to know the functioning of each department stores payout process. To wrap up, after trying on a couple pairs - I said thank you for helping me, I did not like any. (Even though i wanted to try on more, but his comments made me uncomfortable) He completely ignored me and did not say a word. I was very disappointed in this service and will absolutely never come back to this location. Would you believe the same day upstairs in clothing I , received stellar customer service and bought about 10 new pieces? I was going to buy at least 3 shoes Nordstrom your employees are humans with feelings which i respect, however it remains that this individual is not helpful in being a nice representative or managing their feelings to give customers a good experience.

One of the stores in Westfield Topanga that offers clothes, shoes, cosmetics, and many more from your favorite designers. I don't personally shop here but my clients are. I usually accompany them. The stylists are always great and accommodating. Give suggestions and unbiased opinions. They make sure that the clienteles are happy and satisfied. And When you get tired from shopping, There are 2 restaurants of your choice. Bazille on the 3rd floor and EBar on the store entrance when you're inside the mall.

Best shoes collection I have seen in a while!Usually I'm the guy that find it really hard to find shoes.I went in Nordstrom in Canoga they have great customer service and they helped me find shoes really quick.I feel great about this purchase and definitely will go again to buy more stuff. Thanks

I have to give a shout out to the staff at Nordstrom especially to Jaymion in the men's department. There's something to be said for impeccable customer service and Jaymion provided just that.My father is elderly and can be quite the difficult customer. I had bought him some clothes from Nordstrom that he needed altered. Jaymion is a pro and handled the sale, coordination of the alteration and my difficult parents with grace and ease.So thank you to Jaymion and the Nordstrom crew for making this shopping trip, which I normally find stressful into a pleasure. I give today's experience two very big thumbs up!

I'm only rating this on today's experience, usually I have superb customer service towards me. Today I felt like I was not deserving, the customer service representative made me feel so small today it was at the the Jo Malone section.I am a frequent buyer for that product. not to mention that I'm a frequent buyer for the store period. For some reason I still feel stung.

I went into Nordstroms today , four days before Christmas . I was overwhelm with the selections I needed to fine for my granddaughter ,and grandson . I was very lucky a employee came by to help me tremendously. Blanca Renderos help me so much ,she help me with selections, and had good taste for children clothes . She was professional, polite , and wrap up my gift to send up north to my grandkids. Nordstroms you are very lucky to have a great employee in Blanca .

Wide open sales floor with a good variety of clothing and designer attire.This three level Nordstrom has a restaurant on the top level near their bed bath and then some section across from alteration, which you can leave and sit in an area enjoying a beverage or snack from the restaurant or your mall adventures.The first/ground level floor is mostly men's and boys and the mid floor is women's and girls with misc department store good on each.The fitting rooms are very spacious and comfortable and you can find some great deals on the mark off racks.Had a great visit! Hadn't been in since 2018 and it's definitely gone up in service and layout with more to come! The entrances from the AMC side seems more inviting and enchanting.Great customer service.

Nordstrom has fallen off a cliff and service has been horrendous over my past seven visits. It's a real shame. I've used Nordstrom as an example of glowing customer service, now I'm not sure if I even want to shop at this location ever again (and oh have I frequented this store for YEARS!). I'm in management, and I'm just astounded that this location is experiencing such gaps after so many years of great service. Brief rundown of my last seven visits, all within the last 30 days:1. Children's Shoes: My husband, daughter, and I came in to buy her a couple of pairs of shoes for school. We knew exactly what we wanted, and just needed them brought up from the stockroom. There were two associates helping one family of 3. Both associates walked past us 4 times each and never so much as acknowledged us. We sat down and after waiting for quite a while we got up and left. Mind you, we were the only customers in the department along with the other family.2. Order Pick-Up area: Another shopper and I waited just shy of 25 minutes for an associate to come to the counter to help us with our orders. To top it off, they forgot to give me one of my bags. 3 Brazille: My husband and I took our kiddo to shop for back-to-school clothes on a Friday, and went to the restaurant to get dinner. We walked up to the host at 6:05 and were told that while they close at 7 pm we could not be seated as they took last call. 3. Women's clothes (2nd floor, Madewell/Good American area): I took my purchases from the area to the cash wrap where two associates were having a personal conversation. They saw me, but finished their conversation (about a hook-up and several minutes long) before helping me. 4. Handbags: I brought in a bag I wanted to return and the associate told me that their systems had been down for almost two hours, and that she could not help me (she wanted to). 5. Order Pick-up area: Three other shoppers and I had to wait over 15 minutes for anyone to help us, all while there were 3-4 employees having a conversation to the left of the alterations area. 6. Women's clothes (2nd floor, Madewell/Good American area): This was the straw that broke me. I waited at the cash wrap to make a return, and I saw an associate doing inventory. I waited for her to come up to the register (no big deal). When she finally came up she didn't say a word to me other than to confirm my method of payment. It was so weird! 7. I brought in two items to return to the kids department (by the order pickup) and the associate inferred I had already returned one of the items. After he called the manager, and I had to go through an inquisition for several minutes he finally figured out he had actually already scanned it and processed the return on his end. Normally, I wouldn't be keeping score, and I certainly understand things happen (I used to work retail too!). After having nothing but great experiences here and the string of issues back to back tells me maybe it's you, Nordstrom. All the brands I shop for are available in their own storefronts or sites, and we have plenty of options for prestige brands...I'm not sure if I even need you anymore, Nordies.

I'm actually glad it took me so long to write this review for the purchases I made this day. I've worn everything . The dress was amazing definitely a five star dress. Now the other purchases I bought this day were Shapeware. Skims I got the biker shorts that go up to your bra and three different types of underwear's. Somehow I came home with every size. Weirdly they all fit. But none of them would stay up. They felt so comfortable until I started walking around in them. Maybe you have to have a small waist line but that's Why I usually buy Shapeware because I don't Ha ! Amazing in the mirror and at home. Definitely didn't pass the test for walking around. Had to stop at store and buy more underwear's. Two thumbs down for skims underwear . That was unfortunate because of course you can't return them

This is one of my favorite Nordstrom locations on Southern California. It's pretty big and has a lot of name brands as well as high end designers, a lot of brand new trending stuff that you can't even find online. Most Nordstroms I've been to are pretty limited, but this one is great! Besides having a great selection of designer brands for shoes and bags, they also have little boutiques for Chanel and such. I think the only other one I've really enjoyed is the one in Beverly Hills and Costa Mesa. New great thing is that Nordstrom accepts Afterpay now, so if you have the app, you can make purchases up to like $2,000 in 4 payments which is freaking amazing, yet also very dangerous you can literally get a new pair of shoes or a nice wallet and pay it in 4! Doesn't affect your credit either which is awesome.For those who don't know yet, any Nordstrom, you can get things personalized, altered and tailored, and also gift wrapped! They really take care of you at Nordstrom which is why it's been my fav department store since I was like 16. I also like eating at their restaurant. Good quality is pretty good and they have alcoholic drinks too!
