Currently receiving B12 injections--the staff is friendly and welcoming. The Dr who does the initial consult is comprehensive and truly interested in helping you with healthy weight loss. There's no upselling etc here, focus is on your health.

I went here a couple of years ago during Covid, prices kept fluctuating every month , they kept raising prices saying they don't know when they'll change and they supposedly change every month. I figured it's due to Covid and stopped going. Couple years later I come back to purchase the pills package again without injections this time and here comes the 2nd month now and they raise the price by $5-10 which was the main reason I stopped coming was the price going higher every month and they don't mention prices will change when you're buying it to begin with. No prices online and no prices when you walk in that's how they play with the numbers every month. This is how places lose customers.

They discriminate based on age. If your over 60 they won't help you. Even if your healthy but just overweight. Don't waste your time. They have a new director Imposing all kinds of new rules.

In short this place is a total joke! Staff is cold and not very welcoming. You're not greeted when you walk in the door. Never got to see a doctor or even a Nurse practitioner once during my 6 weeks at the clinic, which I'm sure is bad practice. The only person I ever had interaction with was a nurse assistant. There were sporadic weigh-ins but only if they remember to weigh you or you ask, pills galore, no nutrition guidance aside from them telling you to freeze lemons and eat tuna, no measurements, no education, no support. It literally is a money grab. The Lipo and B12 shots do absolutely nothing. If you're lucky it might give you a little boost but as far as weight loss goes forget it. You'll achieve more success walking to and from your bathroom. My very first appointment I was given a piece of paper and a paper baggy full of pills and I was supposed to just figure out what pills were what and when to take the pills. Asked to speak with the doctor or NP for clarification on the pills and they were too busy. Pills did nothing as well. It was a complete waste of $100. I absolutely would never recommend this place to anyone. What I should've done is flushed my money down the toilet because that is basically what I did when I paid for services at this clinic. Word of advice save your money and consult with your primary care physician who will refer you to a doctor that specializes in weight loss, educate you, put you on a nutrition plan, blood work and best part is you get everything and more through insurance. Don't waste your time or your money on this place. It's not worth it and it's also dangerous.
