I spoke with Manya after dinner next door and came in the next day with the ring. They sized it that day on site. She was precise and recognized I was needing a 1/2 size for the ring to fit correctly. It fits perfect. The ring was cleaned and looked brighter and better than the day I was given it. The fragrances she uses are so tantalizing you almost want to eat the products! I also tried her cbd products, gummies, foot cremes and foot soaks and I absolutely love them. She has amazing chocolates imported from Lebanon , amazingly delicious and a huge hit with my family and friends The prices are just perfect and the smallest of quality items they carry is just as elegant as the largest of items they carry . “Sat down with Greg today to take a look at some jewelry I inherited from my grandmother after her recent passing. I wasn’t sure what pieces were real or of value and what wasn’t. Greg took the time to test everything and explained what he was doing and why super well. When you sit down with him you can tell right away that he’s truly a genuine, kind, honest person, and very knowledgeable about what he does! Didn’t end up selling any of the jewelry to him as it ended up not being of much value, so I offered to pay him for his time and expertise instead but he declined. If I ever need to have Jewelry examined for potential resale again, I’ll be calling him, and will no doubt refer people to him in the future! Thank you Greg!”

“Okay you gotta hear this. I just spoke to the man who owns this business. I called right as they were closing and I apologized for keeping him over- he said it was his pleasure to help me. I asked for a service they don't provide but even AFTER he knew he would not be getting my business he continued to stay (after they were closed) to help me locate another place. Not a friend's place where he'd get a kick back. Just generic areas in downtown I'd have a wide selection to choose from. I've been calling places all day looking for on site engravings and the moment I ask and they don't- their voice drops and it's a race to get off the phone with me. Not this guy. I wish I had to go here, it's so rare to run into people like this. Take it as you will, but I could not-Not race to Yelp and leave a review the moment our call ended. I'll be supporting this business as long as it's run by this gentleman.”

She explained every step while she was doing it to both me and my daughter . My kid was nervous but she made her very comfortable and it was over in about 2 seconds.
