“WOW, what an amazing employee NICOLE is. I was greeted when I walked in and had a question and NICOLE had all of the answers I needed. What a great attitude, personality and vibe she has and, my wife thought the same thing! If she's NOT a manager she SHOULD BE and if she is, she should be the STORE MANAGER or GM (if they go that high here). But then again, if corporate is in L A or local she should be training MANAGERS!!! I owned an insanely successful retail company that my partner started in 1967 and sold it in 2012 with 3 locations. We were successful BECAUSE of our people. When I would shop anywhere and run across someone like NICOLE I would steal them and make them a deal they couldn't refuse because we wanted to be the best. Most people stayed 3-4 years with the majority 10+ and a couple 35-40! When you have a business with the majority of employees like NICOLE you can't lose.
