“We are all so busy these days--holidays are coming, troubling news regarding the wars in Ukraine and Israel, grocery prices increasing, and just every day life.So, it is such a pleasant and diverting experience to actually encounter a cashier who is busy & efficiently checking out groceries and at the same timeis able to make you feel like you are the most important customer of the day.Her name is Nessa at the Canyon Hills Stater Bros in Lake Elsinore. Even though she may have a longer line than other cashiers, I still join her line. As I see others are doing the same. She has a very kind and generous spirit. When I walk out of the store I always have a smile on my face. So kudos and accolades to NESSA!”

“I have been with Wells Fargo for years and never have had any major problems so naturally I went here to open my sons first checking account and our experience was amazing. We worked with Tiffany and she made the process very memorable. She walked my son through everything, took her time, answered all of our questions and was so sweet about everything. I went back with her the next day to open my business account after going back and forth on which bank to do this with. Thank you Tiffany we appreciate you. My only advice would be to make an appointment the wait time was a bit long.”

“Never had done banking with US Bank before but my Sister from out of State needed to put me as Trustee for her sold Estate. Made an appointment with Janelly Montano Client Relationship Consultant and after explaining the needs and desired outcome she suggested a Money Market Account with the proceeds for my Sisters House. It has worked out perfectly. Not sure why the negative comments below but everyone I had met was very professional. Great Customer Service. Janelly made a stressful time a lot easier. Thanks so much.”

“I love this place!!!!! Staff is always friendly. Gas station and store are always clean. They offer great deals on my favorite fountain drinks, coffee drinks and energy drinks. Plus they have a good stock of convenience food and items so I don't have to run somewhere else before work or home if I don't want too. Plus the staff have a great sense of humor and are very friendly. They can put a smile on your face any time of day.”
“The new ATM machine has a larger screen and better lighting than the older machine. Convenient disable parking right in front of ATM with plenty of parking surrounding the ATM machine.”
“I love this location! I have to go into this location to make deposits for our Troop. Sometimes a deposit transaction can take 10-15 minutes depending on how many I have. The employees are so gracious and patient. Every time I go in, someone checks in on our troop and they always remember my name.”
“This place was a life saver, I was having a hard time cashing my tax return check of 14k because I have no bank account and no check cashing place wanted to cash it but thankfully I was referred to California check cashing and they were able to do it. Jessica was ALOT of help and super nice and was able to cash my check in about a hour. They weren't able to give me the full amount in cash because the business is small and I'm sure they didn't want to give out all the cash they had so they gave the rest in money orders in which I was told I can cash them free of change Highly recommend”
