Have been a member since 2020 and as gyms go, this facility really has everything you need with the mellowness to counter the crowds of big box gyms. Facility is kept clean and tidy! That is a BIG thing to me. My only complaint isn’t even about the gym but rather the afternoon rush that comes with the dance studio upstairs. Can make it hard around 4-7pm to find parking at times. My ONLY complaint. Even for a serious lifter, you can find your needs met here ?

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This gym was very disappointing. They start you off on one free day to try it out and then tell you they will give you a "great deal" if you sign up that day. The guy that I signed up with said I could cancel anytime and if I left that day, he wouldn't have the sale for me so with the excitement of wanting to get fit again, I signed up. PLEASE read the fine print, even though they will talk to you when you need time to read it. You are signing up for two years with NO cancellation. Not only are you not made aware of that, but their card system just doesn't work sometimes and will deny your card. My card was denied for a while and the manager never told me till it was too late and I was crowded with overcharges. They said my card was denied even though my bank told me it was cleared and able to be used. I tried to be flexible even though I moved hours away and couldn't just show up and fix the problem. I was harrased nearly daily until finally I used a friends card and they took that with a big smile. This was two months late and not the price I was told. They really take you out with those late fees when sometimes it might not be your fault. If you want to go to a gym, please go to a place you can cancel in less that TWO years and a place that won't pressure you to sign a contract that can cost you. You'll safe yourself a lot of heartache.

The best gym in the Canyon Lake/Canyon Hills area by far. It's small, not too many people or packed, but has everything I want and need in a gym. My favorite part is not having to wait on machines! I highly recommend this gym to anybody in Canyon Hills or Canyon Lake!

I am super disappointed with this gym and the staff. Make sure you read the fine print before you start your contract there because let me tell you it is a contract and you will be paying for months afterwards even if you're not going anymore and have canceled and signed the cancellation slip. Also expect little to no response from the manager. Apparently she's on "vacation" quite a bit for extended amounts of time and doesn't care to check her email.

Moving out of town and sad to lose out on this gym. Really great little quiet spot to get some workouts in!

Has clean machines that always work for cardio, a weight room with all major machines and dumbbells up to 100. Locker rooms for both male and female with a sauna in both. A great gym if you live nearby!

Eek. Anywhere that won't give you pricing without coming in is sketchy. How pretentious to think your time is more valuable than mine. Guess I'll just go to one of the other many gyms.

Love this gym's atmosphere and environment. Most gyms are over crowded, noisy, and full of outdated/terrible equipment, but not here! Love that no matter what time I go, whether at 5am or 6pm at night, the gym isn't congested. The staff is always super friendly and it's always very presentable and clean. I have also noticed that other members wipe the equipment down before and after use which is quite refreshing! -Karli

This place only cares about money. They don't care about losing customers. During the height of the pandemic they allowed whoever wanted to sign up to sign up. There were so many more people from the gyms that were shut down. It was very crowded during the pandemic. The workers have to mop the floors before the gym actually closes because they don't pay them extra to work past closing. So while you're sweating and breathing heavy on the cardio machine you get to breathe in the chemicals that they're cleaning with. On a few occasions there was a paint smell more specifically this week and it was so bad I could not even work out in the cardio room. I was informed by the janitor that the dance studio upstairs spray painted in an enclosed room that had no doors or windows to the outside. It was very toxic smelling. I'm sure it was against all health code policies. Parking is horrific due to the dance studio that they sold pretty much the entire upstairs to. There used to be a workout room where they offered classes and another room where there were some machines those are now gone and they sold both to the dance studio JDI. There are dance moms and dads and kids all over the parking lot in the evenings. I often have to circle numerous times to find a parking spot. The most recent inquiry to the manager was in regards to the spray paint smell and what was she going to do to rectify it so I could come to the gym the following day. I received no response on Facebook Messenger until I threatened asking for my money back for the remainder of my membership. She proceeded to say I will look into it within minutes she said your membership is cancelled as of now. I've been told I'm getting a refund, but I will not hold my breath as many others have been told the same thing and they don't get any money back. I did not get any we're sorry you're not happy is there something we can try to do to keep your business. She didn't even know tell me that she was able to cancel the membership she just immediately cancelled it without asking me if that's what I wanted to do. I've been a member there for 12 plus years and they dropped me in an instant. I have heard that there are more issues than just spray paint toxic fumes. I would almost guarantee they are not up to code by the health department.

Terrible Gym. Very Money Hungry ego stricken manager that are relentless in taking your money or threatening you with collections due to inability to hold a membership due to unforeseen travel and moves for military service. If I could give 0 stars I would. Many of the services that they offer are not even available due to "Covid" but they are simply not open due to inspection failure or just plain filthiness. Do not walk around without sandals in locker rooms or you will no doubt end up with staff or some fungi infection. Believe them when they say it is "crowd free" for no one wants to exercise there let alone step foot in there.

AVOID buying a membership here. It's not about their members it's about the money. And they will stop at no costs to lock you in & rip you off. I moved to Utah during COVID and asked to cancel my membership. Since it's my mother's house they wouldn't accept moving as a reason to cancel my membership because I had no bills coming here? I haven't been there in over a year after freezing my membership and just got a call to pay them $160 or they threaten to send me to collections. What a joke!
