I was beyond excited and when I took it out of the box, it was jammed with a BB inside. I came here hoping they could fix it for me and the guy went above and beyond took the whole thing apart. Didn’t just get frustrated and say sorry it’s broken. He found the way deep in the mechanism. He was very friendly, very knowledgeable and was happy to help me.
