We were fortunate enough to be offered a used spa but having gone through this before, the big issue in saying yes or no was could we find a spa mover? We called Dublin Spa who we trust and they referred us to Plan B Spa Movers. They got back to me after one text and made appointment within 2 days! Steven and Tyler were our movers and were awesome! They called me before they moved the spa to ask if I knew it needed a new cover (I did) and there was one small crack. We got this from a family member but I thought it was so nice they were looking out for us before they moved it. When they got to our house to move it to our backyard, they were amazingly efficient with mostly low tech moving equipment and their knowledge, strength and expertise which was not low tech! They moved the spa like they had done it a thousand times before which they had! Very experienced! Once they got the spa in place, they gave us some ideas on where to go for a cover, get new filters and how to repair a crack so it doesn't continue to crack. Oh, and the price was soooo reasonable and 100% worth it! Can't recommend highly enough! Really appreciate this company and Steven and Tyler!

They removed our side gate when they delivered our spa, I’m not even sure they needed to, and when they put the door back on they damaged the gate which was only one year old. They stripped the screws going into the main post and left without saying anything. Our gate would not close and we have 3 dogs. When we tried to reach out to them they would not answer. My wife and I called them multiple times and texted them multiple times and finally got a very short and rude response from the owner. Mike, is very unprofessional and I would not trust this company.

This is the second time I have used Plan B Spa Movers. They did a great job two times in a row, and I highly recommend their service. They're prompt, professional and detail-oriented. In my most recent move, I had to hire a crane operator. Together, the job was flawless. They made it seem like a piece of cake!

If your looking to get your hot tub plan b is the only way to go they showed up on time and made it look effortless no damages will definitely recommend to everyone

If I could give them less than 1 star I would...this company has no self accountability, poor customer service and a very rude bedside mannor.. please exercise your options and choose another company that takes pride in what they do and who can be honest and just say we apologize... how can we make it right instead of saying " If UPS were not on time they would tell you oh well" ..there words not mine...Horrible company.Service: Local removals

Just want to say thank you to Michael, Tyler and the other young man who did a great job with our spa move here in Riverside. It was a challenge and they problem solved all the way. I would definitely recommend them.

I initially tried to contact the business via yelp on a Saturday and they replied with were closed call us on Monday. As a business owner I know that yelp makes your rating go down when you don't reply so I wasn't thinking too much into it. But everytime I called them it went to voice-mail. I would leave a voice-mail and no reply. One day a week later I decided to try again. I got someone and they said they were just leaving home depot and asked if they could call back. I even have a little info saying I had used them before so they could look up previous specs of my spa to make it easier. No call back. After a week I took my business elsewhere. It should not be that hard to get a quote.

We used Plan B to relocate our spa from Victorville to La Verne. They were quick to respond and reasonably priced. The service was efficient and the gentleman that delivered the spa was courteous. I would recommend Plan B for anyone looking to move their spa.

Upon delivery, we had a few hiccups with the opening space to allow our new jacuzzi to be delivered. Mike's crew spent the time to try and figure it out. They couldn't do it (no fault of their own) and had to leave it in our garage. After I got home and put a call into Mike (the owner), he came out on his own time before dinner and brainstormed with us so we wouldn't have to use a crane. Thankfully we were able to have our neighbors cut some branches off their tree and Mikes crew returned 2 days later, squeezing us in, to make the impossible happen. Thanks to Plan B, we didn't have to hire a crane company and they got the job done efficiently. Thanks so much Mike and staff!

This place does not return phone calls or emails. I left 4 messages, on 4 different phone numbers listed, and sent an email with all of my information, and nothing. I have waited 5 days and still nothing. very bad customer service. Actually NO customer service!

They were nice guys but jacked up the bottom of our swimspa...not sure why our spa dealer uses them.

After we asked for them to straighten it out they left without doing it. We had to call them to come back and straighten it out. The guys were nice but very careless...not sure why our dealer uses them.
