I will say that Micah Ryan was very knowledgeable and taught me much about carts. He knows what he is talking about. We ran into a bit of a hiccup after having come to an agreement on a deal. I will say that the owner of the business stepped in, took accountability and very professionally took care of the situation and we reached a mutually beneficial agreement. On top of that my new cart was delivered to me in three hours and I was on the course that day. Even with the challenge we had, I will not hesitate to recommend people to this company because of the integrity shown by the owner Mike Highsmith and the knowledge of the industry shown by Micah. I had to delete a star just for the inconvenience I encountered. If you are new to the golf cart world as I was, trust these people to guide you.

Just received our brand new 2023 Club Car lithium golf cart. Couldn't be happier - Prestige had the color and accessories we wanted at a price that beat everyone I checked -- even dealers here in Las Vegas. Jay Brandt was the salesperson and he couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating.Wife is pleased and so am I.

Paid over $400 for 2 days of golf cart rental which is a ridiculous amount. On top of that the cart was over 2 hours late than what was agreed to I. The co tract; 2nd the cart only went 15 mph max so it took over twice as long to get anywhere making the ride really long and a terrible experience, 3rd there was no wind shield on the cart, and lastly the cart was so jerky making the ride even more unpleasant. Needless to say we will never be renting from Prestige again.

I recently received a brand new Club Cart Onward from Prestige Golf.I worked with Jay Brant (Temecula) and found him to be knowledgable and patient answering my questions over the several month period before I made my final decision. The icing on the cake was after I put money down on a red Club Cart and told my wife, she said that she wanted a blue one. Jay was very accommodating and changed the sales contract to correct my mistake.I would recommend buying a golf cart from Prestige Golf.

Thank you Victor in repairs!! My son crashed my golf cart and I had it repaired somewhere else. Unfortunately I noticed it still wasn't driving right and the brake lights were going out which was very unsafe. I called Prestige and they were able to fix everything the way it should have been done the first time. There are not many options for golf cart repairs. I'm grateful Prestige is in the valley. My family can now safely drive the cart. There was a hold up due to supply chain shortage, and it took longer than expected. Prestige has no control over that. I'm grateful that I now have a safe running golf cart. I also appreciate their professionalism in dropping off and picking up the cart.

Ordered a 2022 EZGO L6 in July. My cart showed up a week ago with numerous issues. The stereo didn't work, multiple loose connection & a missing fuse. The roof assembly was loose all the way around so it shook horribly when I drove it. The whips also had horrible connections and worked intermittently. Thankfully, I am mechanical enough to have fixed the problems but when you order a new cart it's pretty sad I had to spend so much time making these repairs.

Recommend this lot to everyone! These people go completely out of their way to get you in a car or truck. But it's not called prestige golf cars, it's called EZ car pros.

This place is a joke! We called to get a quote for some work after we drove 35 minutes to this place which has MOVED dropped our parts off then they called us back to say they messed up needed to charge us more. Don't waist your time with this place!

If I could give this business zero stars, I certainly would. Over the years the service department's performance is terrible. They will always promise to call you with an update on your golf car, and in my 5 years dealing with Prestige, they have returned ZERO phone calls. Clearly Prestige does not understand anything about Customer Service. If you tell someone you will call on a specific day/time with an update, how about this, try calling them! It's really not that hard to do. All it takes is effort on your part. If you want to continually nag a business to keep their commitment to you, then this is the place for you.

Customer service is the worst in class here. I contacted them regarding some parts and upgrades and was put on a 10 min hold, the guy picked up the phone and put me back on hold so I hung up. I decided to walk into the Murrieta location and once they knew I was there not to buy a new golf cart, I was completely ignored. After wondering the floor aimlessly for 10 or so minutes, I finally spoke to someone about my cart. I was quoted on the controller / motor and wheels and tires and thought the pricing seemed way off. I left and drove to Quail Valley to a shop there called Canyon Golf Carts and saved almost 50% based on the numbers they gave me. I was treated like a king! Its apparent Prestige is making money based on the size and location of their facility but I can't imaging how they have survived this long with the sub-standard customer service and the way they treat people.

BEWARE ********DO NOT Take your golf cart here for repairs. They lie and try to up sell you and will damage your golf cart. We took our cart here for general maintenance and oh boy do we regret it! It took us 10 days to get it back and it was in worse shape after so called repairs. They literally dropped it off in the middle of the street blocking my cars in and when i went to move it it wouldn't start they drained the battery! I also have attached other pictures which show damage we dis not have prior to them picking it up! STAY AWAY from this place.

Bought a golf cart from them and had to stay on them like they they were doing me the favor!! No call back, no response. I will never go back to them. I was promised my golf cart would be deliver by a certain date and it wasn't!! Act like you're the one doing me a favor by selling me a golf cart.. Micah, if your too busy transfer me to somebody else who thinks I'm worth their time!!

I want to thank you for great service on my cart (speedy). Knowing this would not be an easy fix. Mike & Mr. Victorville made it look simple, providing me with a quote. My cart runs like new again. Considering the repair(major electrical issues) the pricing was very reasonable. Thank you again, I will be back.
