Real Estate Agents in Canyon Lake, CA

“Raj and Josephine Sharma are amazing! Raj is knowledgeable, passionate about work, and easy to communicate with. He is right on top of everything having to do with our search for the home. After first talking to him over the phone, we knew that we are in excellent hands with Raj. He is excellent at negotiating. We bought our home 55K cheaper than the listing price. That was an impossible job but he did it like a magician. They are not just realtors, but friends in Real.We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Raj and Josephine.”

“April 2025 we hired Landon Tutt and his team to do a complete kitchen remodel/ blow out a wall and open up our kitchen space in the home we had recently purchased in Canyon Lake. From start (designing the space) to finish (installing the last hardware) the whole experience was incredible. Landon is very knowledgeable, very talented and his entire sub team that he works with are fantastic. They were all reliable, excellent at their trade, friendly, respectful, cleaned up after themselves. We never had any issues. The entire project start to finish took two months and our house was beautifully transformed with the exact vision that we had. We can’t thank Landon and his team enough and will definitely use them again for any future major house projects.”

“I searched many places to call home and had no luck. I was introduced to Coldwell Banker Associated Brokers Realty by another agent and I instantly fell in LOVE with them. The dynamic of this office and company is, definitely DYNAMITE! So much support and love for their agents! I wouldn’t trade my choice for anything and I’m so proud to say that I call this place my home.”
