“What a team!!!!!! Eddie, Albert, Chris and MaryJane are, without exception, the VERY VERY best in the business. We would name those behind the scenes as well(if we knew their names!) They are all TALENTED, patient, tolerant and just NICE people. We had an interior redo done bow to stern, top to bottom and could not be more pleased!!!!! They always went to great lengths to accommodate us even coming to our location when we couldn’t dock closer to them. One of them even took her first dinghy ride on the job for us. Through COVID restrictions, shipping chain supply issues and such, they kept our spirits high. Always a smile on their faces and attention to every detail(that we sometimes changed…). “We had new floors installed in our entire downstairs and a new vanity installed in our bathroom. Andy was our project manager and he was very patient with us as we took some time to decide what type of floors we wanted. Our floors only took a week to install and the crew was very polite and professional. We had a few additional charges added to our budget but other than that I am very pleased with the work G&A flooring did and I would recommend them. Our new floors and bathroom look beautiful!”

“We used Designers Magic for our home remodel and were super happy with the results. We primarily interacted with Kevin and Patty. They have several people that work the floor, but you for sure want to catch Patty if you can, she's awesome. My wife and I suffer with Stage 10 indecision. We flip flopped on things about 100 times, took about 1 billion samples, and were just generally all over the place. I have to believe we are in the bottom 10% of desirable clients. But the whole team was super patient with us and worked around our crazy remodel situation. We ended up picking a floor we wouldn't not have picked without their guidance, and we are super happy with it. We also had a gnarly demo and they did an awesome job. We did some luxury laminate in the end. I do think they are probably more accommodating for larger projects (we did about 3,500 sq ft) than they are for smaller projects. I don't think you could ask for a better experience though and I would highly recommend them for anyone with a large project who wants it done right. I was looking through some of the bad reviews. Someone was frustrated the floor sample didn't match the actual floor. Kevin told us to always order a sample box to know for sure what the floor will look like. Others complained about the price. I do think for smaller projects it's harder for them to compete on price, but for larger projects, they were competitive. IDK, I haven't priced it out for small projects in detail, just my thoughts. In any case, I just feel like you can't go wrong with them if you are wanting new floor throughout your home.”
