“Occasionally, I find myself in need of a larger washer and dryer, especially for items like sleeping bags or oversized comforters. After a quick Yelp search for a local laundromat (I always thought it was "laundrymat" until recently), I found Lavanderia El Guero Laundromat in the top three with a five-star rating. Easy choice, right? Shop front - Armed with Tide, Downy, and a roll of quarters, I headed there one Tuesday afternoon. Luckily, there were only two other people in the whole place. Even better, the machines accepted Apple Pay, Google Pay, and credit cards, so if you're short on cash, no worries! Photo - One important tip: read the operating instructions carefully. I didn't, and ended up making a bit of a mess by not closing the washer door before adding detergent and fabric softener. Lesson learned! Take the time to read the instructions, folks. Clean & spacious - Having my own washer and dryer at home has always been convenient, but you really appreciate it when you have to use a public laundromat. I loaded up the 6X washer, costing $7, with a total wash time of 24 minutes. Photo - And then... the waiting. It made me realize how fortunate I am to have my own setup at home. There, I can multitask while doing laundry--cook, clean, work, or just relax and watch TV. No need to rush to get my clothes out for the next person. After the wash, I moved my stuff to the dryer for $1 for 20 minutes, totaling $2. I spent a little over an hour there, with a grand total of $9. Photo - Overall, it's a great little laundromat--clean, spacious, and they accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and credit cards. “My white silk (100% silk crepe de chine) dress had these rust color stains and they managed to get 90% out (no damage done to the silk either!). All other dry cleaners told me they wouldn’t do it. The stains are barely noticeable now and I can wear my silk dress again ?. They are also very friendly and affordable!”

“I love this laundromat because they accept coins and cards. Ive never used their service of drop off and fold but their inside facility is clean and their machines are pretty clean. Ive never had any problems. The bathroom has a lock code on it for people who are actually doing laundry (you can get the code from one of the attendants) so the bathroom remains clean . Youre close to the beach so its not as hot if you want to hang out outside while your clothes are getting done and close to food like kamea poke (10/10) , carls jr, and A's burger incase you wanna get food.”

“This laundromat is a wonderful place bright clean And never have I had a problem with machine malfunctioning. On the third Wednesday of the month, they get back to the community by hosting laundry love, which is free laundry for anybody between the hours of 2 and 430. It's got your vending machines for your snacks or laundry supplies. No bathroom, though, but Jack and box. And the shell station arrived across the street.”
“Dropped off some suit pants, suit jacket and a sports jersey. Was told they'd be ready on Friday but were ready on Wednesday! For three items, I was expecting a pretty sum considering it's in Laguna Niguel but was shockingly impressed otherwise! Establishment was clean and presentable. The woman at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with. I'll definitely be back with future items!”

The staff are very friendly (Patricia is so nice!) and they are great with special requests or tailoring. The prices are somewhat high, however I'm sure that it's not cheap to have a business in Laguna Niguel. Overall this is a great business with terrific staff.”
