Just got the most beautiful upgrade to my home, smooth modern rain gutters and downspouts!!! I couldn’t be happier with the new look. Seriously changed the entire appearance of our home. Raul did an amazing professional job, spent two full days working on our home and made sure everything was done perfectly. Drake who came to take initial measurements was wonderful as well. Great company, definitely recommend!!

Absolutely worst experience with any home repair I’ve ever had. I waited weeks for them to finish a larger job with no indication of when they would start. I used a contractor they recommended for an additional downspout, and after the rain gutters were installed, the downspouts were leaking and they had to come back three times to try to fix and the last fix Was the shortest work I’ve ever seen with the downspout that was not even sealed. There are many other businesses to use and I would stay away from this one. I was insulted by the owner on several occasions for having two high expectations when I all I wanted was the work to be done correctly after I paid in full. The owner continue to send me rude text for quite a while until I had to actually block his number. Pay attention to this review and the other review from two weeks ago before mine.UPDATE - The terrible work done where the gutters meet the drainage point that was never sealed, started overflowing when it rained. I hired a plumber to come and camera the line, and he found two different places where plastic had been shoved into the pipe in the places where SoCal seamless had worked on it. The plumber said that it looked intentional because there was no reason for that plastic to be there.

I work with a ton of sub contractors and tradesman as we remodel 4-5 houses a year and this was one of the most mind-blowing, definitely the worst customer service I've experienced in recent memory.During the install I pointed out a few spots of wood damage to the installer who apologized and indicated it would be remedied. Following install I walked through the job and sent three photos to Kris of damage that was done - simple stuff like a few screws that weren't driven straight and were protruding through the eaves and some wood damage from the pry bar used for demoing the old gutters.The text exchange that followed was defensive and argumentative and left me frustrated at the whole experience - it felt more like arguing with your little brother than dealing with a professional tradesman.My recommendation, look somewhere else.Service: Installation

Really disappointed. Called Kris' company cuz he's local and I wanted to support a local business. The kids came out and quoted and installed the gutters. I noticed with light rain the water was running between my roof and the gutters? Called Kris, after lots of back and forth he informed me, flashing was missing on some of my eves. Odd. Ok, so they install a product knowing it's gonna be an issue? Why not talk to me and I'd just pay for the flashing and install? I've now installed most of the flashing myself, but the end caps of some of the gutter install leak like a sive (sp?). Wish I could post the video. This is from todays sprinkle. Imagine when it really rains... Gives me zero joy to write this. Really disappointed over the experience

Requested gutter clean out. The worker that came only scraped the gutters. Did not run water or finish the job. We found out later that a couple gutters were never cleaned. I reached out and sent a photo and never got a response. Huge waste of money which I had to pay extra due to only 1 guy working and it took longer.

So the owner Kris, sent a sales person to discuss the gutter project and then tells me after he sent a quote and I called him that he really isn't clear what needs to be done (because he wasn't there). When I asked why he would send a sales person who didn't convey what I needed, he said he was having a bad day...he's out of town, he's moving and doesn't need to be lectured by me.When I told him I needed to add an additional piece under the stairs, he said its too complicated and with the set up and materials involved, he isn't going to be making enough money, even though I told him I knew it would be more than what he quoted since I'm adding to the job. And by the way, how did you quote the job if you don't know what needs to be done?After him talking over me for 5 minutes and basically telling me I can go somewhere else, I told him I would!His last words to me in a sarcastic tone was, "Good luck getting it done".Whatever happened to customer service and the customer is always right?

Disappointing Experience with SoCal Seamless: Lack of Response and Unresolved Issues:I recently had a disappointing experience with SoCal Seamless, and it's important to share my honest feedback to help others make informed decisions. Initially, the installation of their product seemed promising. However, when the rain came, it revealed various problems with the installation that needed attention.After contacting Kris Peterson, the owner of SoCal Seamless, I promptly provided all the requested photos and videos of the issues. Unfortunately, it took several weeks for him to send one of his workers to address some of the problems. While this was a step in the right direction, it became apparent that the fixes needed to be more comprehensive as the issues resurfaced during subsequent rainfall.I contacted Kris again to discuss the persisting problems, such as leaking gutters and a too-short gutter's failure to capture the runoff effectively. Surprisingly, instead of acknowledging these issues, Kris denied their existence and even dismissed his own worker's observations. It was quite puzzling why he had sent the worker in the first place if he believed the worker was ill-informed.Kris's demeanor became increasingly rude when I asked about sending someone else to resolve the remaining problems. Regrettably, his responsiveness took a nosedive, and he eventually stopped responding altogether. I attempted to reach out via phone, but all the phone numbers associated with SoCal Seamless led me straight to voicemail and he does not answer his texts anymore, leaving me without direct communication.After researching recent reviews on Yelp, I discovered that my experience is not an isolated incident. SoCal Seamless seems to have adopted a disappointing approach to customer service, showing little concern for their customers' satisfaction. This lack of responsiveness and accountability is deeply concerning.Given the circumstances, I have no choice but to explore alternative options to address the unresolved issues with the installation. It's disheartening and time-consuming to take this route, especially after attempting to resolve the matter amicably with SoCal Seamless.In conclusion, I hope this review provides valuable insights to potential customers considering SoCal Seamless for their gutter installation needs. Based on my experience, the lack of response, dismissive attitude, and failure to address the problems adequately suggest that their commitment to customer satisfaction may need to be revised.

DON'T use these guys. Terrible work, gutters didn't drain when it rained. They didn't clean up after they finished, sharp metal pieces and screws left all over the ground. The owner Kris has awful customer service, he never returns phone calls. I've let all my neighbors know not to use this company. Don't waste your time here, use another company.

in response to your childish rhetoric, I only left one star because you cannot leave no stars. Grow up and don't ever touch. If you can't respond, you obviously have more work than you can handle good for you venting on people due to your negligence must make you feel great, but it's really uncalled for and really shows your worth.

SoCal Seemless did a beautiful job on our house. Everyone I interacted with was responsive and super friendly. Came as planned and took care of it. Completed the job in less than a day. Pricing is super competitive. Can't beat the value. Highly recommend!

We needed rain gutters and needed them fast (there was a ton of rain on the way). Reached out to SoCal Seamless and Kris was on it. Came out, gave us a price (which was less than I thought it would be) and within a few days we had gutters. They look great, match the roof and house perfectly. BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY We had SoCal Seamless install all new gutters on our home and gutter guards to prevent leaves from getting in. We have had nothing but problems from the get go. Kris sent the crew back to "fix" various issues that were never really resolved. The gutter guards have now fallen into the gutters and are completely useless. As of this morning during this massive rain we now have leaks coming into our home which were never a problem in the past. I too was told to send pictures and videos which I did and was told it was hard to see the problem however they never came back to look again. We were blown off and at this point I don't want anyone from this company coming back to my home. I would have been better off keeping my old gutters as they have created more problems and damage than they have fixed. I will have to hire another company to fix this complete mess.

SoCal was responsive and provided a solid estimate, comparable to the others I received. They were close to the same amount, but cheaper. I had chosen another contractor, but SoCal had kept in touch and followed up. Very professional. So when the other contractor license was not valid, I turned to SoCal Seamless. I did upgrade to a more modern style of rain gutter and SoCal matched their price. The install was scheduled within days. The day of install the work was done within 3 hours. They were professional, cleaned up (even took the old gutters I had removed months ago) and left my house and yard clean.
