“Other doctor offices take note! This place is amazing. Unfortunately had to take my 20 year old pitbull in and down. The staff here did not make me wait in a waiting room rather had a blanket laid out already and escorted me right in without any explanation or identification. The nurses and doctors were so respectful to my family and others in the office. I wish that I was treated like this when going to a human doctor. They showed genuine love for animals and what they do. Handled efficiently and affordable. “I was referred here when my baby needed an urgent ultrasound. It is always terrifying when your fur baby is sick and in need of urgent care. 4 stars because the gentleman at the desk was really snippy and rude after I had already called and verified that there could be an ultrasound tech available that day. Luckily a lovely woman stepped in and verified that they would try their best. After that all interactions were pleasant, the estimate is explained extremely thoroughly, down to the cents. The facility is EXTREMELY clean, which was a relief upon entering. The facility is really pretty with a huge front desk and bright lighting. The most important thing here is that they helped my baby Harley come back to me healthy.”

“Over the years, my family has tried out every single vet clinic in Laguna, and we’ve never really felt like any of them were a fit… until now! My boyfriend and I were both getting ready to leave for weekend trips when we noticed something was wrong with our 19 y/o cat. We suspected a urinary blockage, and needed someone to check him out immediately. It was early Friday morning before LBAH had even opened when I left a voicemail letting them know we had an emergency and would be bringing our cat to their office as soon as they opened at the slightest chance that they might be able to see him before the weekend. They had no obligation to take him as he wasn’t really even a patient of theirs (they had only ever seen him for a claw trim before). They took him in without question. The staff took great care of our cat making sure he was comfortable and felt safe (shoutout to Jordyn, you’re the best!!!) and the doctor kept in contact with us throughout the day, personally giving us routine updates as they ran more tests. The front desk was also extremely accommodating and patient with us as we had to scramble to find a friend to pick him up from their office later that day. I am so grateful for the level of kindness, communication, and care that we received from LBAH staff and am thrilled to say we have finally found the vet for us!”

My belgian Malinois has had GI issues through his lifetime that this vet was finally able to resolve. 2 1/2 years into being a patient at Aliso Niguel animal hospital & our Atlas has gained weight and we have gained confidence in his health. Recently Atlas had some spots appear on his eye and a bump appear near his spine along with a cyst that needed draining. They were able to get him in and lightly sedate him and handle all of the necessary procedures while removing the small mass and sending it to the lab for biopsy. The compassion and capabilities of Aliso Niguel animal Hospital speak for them self. This vet does not sell you and they always take great care and handling all of my invoices and bills so that our pet insurance reimburses us immediately. I couldn’t be more grateful to have found this vet. I highly recommend them, even if you have a 78 lbs crazy dog ?”
