“We recently moved to the area. In the brief time we've lived here, we've had two emergencies, with two different pets. In both instances, we've had our pets treated that day, without having had an appointment. Both times the quality of care has been great treating the underlying cause. The staff was wonderful, communicating with, keeping us informed, and checking up afterwards. We couldn't have been happier with the overall service.”
“I brought my cat in on a Sunday. Within an hour, I arrived at my appointment and was taken care of right away. I found the ladies very accommodating, professional, and caring. Dr. Shah was the same and very thorough.
To give this more punch, I'm the son of a very successful Medical Doctor who has established his own family practice, and my mother is a former Nurse. I couldn't be happier with their service, and they are my care team from now on.”
“Most professional veterinarian officei've ever been to. Doctor Gill is an outstanding superstar with so much knowledge? It's beyond my experience have ever met amoor knowledgeable vegetarian in my life. The staff is just wonderful, kind professional, helpful and as good as it gets. Nobody could ever get me to change the vegetarians.I never. They respond quickly, they keep me informed. And your prices are fair. I think they get an a plus plus in every department.”
“The caring front office staff, competent vet techs, and intelligent doctors always give my dog Onyx the absolute best care!! We have been coming here since he was a puppy for the past 4 years, and are more than pleased with the care each and every time. I couldn’t recommend them enough!”
“Very limited parking. I work in the center and the lot is packed weekdays from 9-3.
Being an employee I try to park away from my work location as a courtesy but that’s difficult when there are no spaces at all.”
“Seriously, the best place to take your pets. Dr. Tuz is amazing. She goes above and beyond to care for your pet. She follows up she’s thorough. She gives you the time she is busy, but she is worth it. Trust me she finds solutions she researches you. we are never left with no answers. She’s taken care of two of our cats and we will not go anywhere else. The staff is also so kind so sweet so thorough so clear and friendly. The office is always clean. The animals are always happy and customer always even Leave happy highly highly recommend”
“Incredible, Life-Saving Care for My Australian Shepherd
This review is long overdue, but I cannot recommend Alicia Pacific Veterinary Center enough. I brought my 10-year-old Australian Shepherd in for what I thought was a routine anal gland secretion issue. Dr. Haney and the team did a quick check and identified that he actually had a severe perianal hernia—a 7 out of 10 on the severity scale. Without surgery, he would not have survived the complications. To fix it, he needed the hernia repaired and to be neutered, as testosterone was causing the tissue to thin.
The surgery had me on pins and needles, but the compassion and care shown by Dr. Haney, Ann, Taylor, and Seychelle was unbelievable. They brought in a specialist surgeon for the procedure and had us come in for several checkups a week to monitor his healing closely. When a minor complication arose involving a hematoma, they quickly used laser therapy to help it dissipate.
I truly love this staff for saving my dog’s life. They feel like a part of our extended family now. If you want a team that is skilled, proactive, and deeply compassionate, this is the place to go!”
“We had a wonderful service today at Petsmart grooming. We took a vantage of the express grooming for our senior pet and it was short and thorough and was an excellent job. We will definitely be back.”
“Dr Wu and the Banfield team are the best Vet team! They care, they provide quality care to and keep my animals (dog and cats) healthy! I would highly recommend Banfield RSM Dr Wu and team!”
