The best experience! West Coast Flooring has replaced my floors twice and did a phenomenal job! Cherie Murray was a gem to work with when a few issues popped up (difference in the finish of the planks from Shaw) and had it taken care of immediately! I cannot say enough about her customer service and the professionalism of the entire team! There is no one else I would have do my floors!

They did a great job and the carpet looks nice. They had to return to install the transistion piece and Cherie drove it up to personally deliver it.

I went through the Costco Flooring program and am very satisfied!From the scheduling with Heidi to the friendly estimate from Alfonso to the A1 installation from Alex Bondarenko.The whole process was a breeze!Definitely recommend!!

West Coast Flooring were easy to work with and delivered their product as expected. From our first point of contact to receiving our Costco incentive card, it’s been easy to shoot emails back and forth with the company. The actual install was also a home run. The crew that came out to our place worked efficiently and laid out our floors and baseboards beautifully. We’re extremely happy with the results and would hire West Coast Flooring again to do the rest of our floors!

Very happy with West Coast Flooring. They did my mom’s place a year ago so when it was time to re-carpet our place we were glad to go back. The price was competitive and the installers did a terrific job. Everyone was great to work with.

Before selling our home and moving to Arizona, we had LVP installed. Everyone at west coast including the installers were very knowledgeable and helpful. We love how our home turned out I would definitely recommend west coast flooring to my friends and family.

We could not be happier with our new Luxury Vinyl Flooring! Michael was very helpful throughout the entire process. Installers did a great job on the stairs and matched base trim at cabinets, stained to match. We will use West Coast Flooring again when it is time for carpeting.

Frustrating process working with CJ and everyone at West Coast Flooring. The subs weren’t on the same page and installation was a disaster. CJ came to our home multiple times for measurements and to sign off on the project, making promises in person as well as via text and email, and at the end of the day, her team couldn’t deliver and nobody seemed to take responsibility to apologize or make it right. They ended up charging a lot of extra money for their mistakes (we couldn’t leave the floor bare after it was already ripped up). I’d recommend another company for any type of flooring needs!

We are so happy with West Coast Flooring. They had a great selection and our sales rep CJ was awesome. CJ came to the house with multiple samples and her visit helped us decide on the right pattern and color for the carpeting. The prices were the best around and even beat COSTCO. Installation was quick and professional.We highly recommend this flooring company.
