I just got a car, and with the DMV being closed, I was glad that the triple A was so helpful. It didn't take long for my turn to come up, and the staff made it a non - stressful experience.

AAA phone number printed on my current AAA roadside assistance card; 1.888.409.7222, is a disconnected number. The 1.800.AAA.HELP is also not accepting calls or seemingly disconnected. The AAA number for our local Capitola office does the same thing. I have been a member for over 40 years. I am blown away. Driving to Capitola today for a cancellation and refund. Stuck on the side of the road? Good luck buttercup, might as well put your thumb up!

They made my issue easily resolvable, and I only waited 10 minutes; and they helped met pay my car registration as well!
Way better than waiting 1 hour and longer at the DMV!

I was given a number to call regarding updating my address and odometer. I was on hold for two hours between talking with two people neither of whom could complete their tasks. Then I was up sold on insurance costing $2300 per year. I am Upset and feel taken advantage of my agent Keven Everett should give me a call but I can’t get through to the Capitola branch. This is totally wrong.

I love my Capitola AAA for membership benefits, DMV services, and also insurance! In particular, I have an amazing insurance agent named Augie Webber who goes above and beyond my expectations and takes incredible care of my entire family. There are so many convenient and time saving services offered at the AAA, but it's the personal touch that makes it worthy of a lifetime membership, one that I am now passing down to my teenage daughters. Why would anyone NOT use AAA for everything car-related?

Man this place sucks it ain't wt it use to be they have a girl at the desk there. I guess you can say greet you but customer services subpar at best and then I feel like it's always the same two dudes that were the customer service part and both those guys I will call them. Broski have no customer service or personality. It's like what's the whole point of having a membership if they can't give you a damn stickerand you have everything pretty much ready to go and cash in hand. I hate this place hope to go out of business. Keep telling my girlfriend we need to cancel our membership go to somebody else maybe Esurance Geico or Progressive McKenzie the same thing you guys didn't let me do the right after we're actually closer to 430 right before closing and they didn't say they couldn't help me or give me the tags because I wasn't the registered owner as a matter of fact, it didn't even matter because we both were on the same insurance policy for the same vehicle. They literally went right ahead and gave me everything I needed unlike you guys who said sorry we can't give it to you. We'll have to mail it to you, when that fix the whole purpose, especially living in Santa Cruz County or if you don't have your registration of the day, the cops love to pull people over for tiny and fractions, and I let the member who helped me know that and that I was in dire need but it didn't matter he just blew me away
