“Juan was extremely friendly and helpful! He helped us figure out the right product for our scratched car and was such a pleasure to work with. Having people like him in the store always makes us feel comfortable coming in for automotive help.”
“Believe it or not my motorcycle broke down right behind the store, I went in and dealt with the customer service rep there he took care of me he checked out my bike and determined that it had low cranking amps and then told me battery I needed.”
“Came here on my way out of town to get some new windshield wiper blades set up and Alex was so helpful. I admire and respect the way he checked in with his coworker first to make sure they would be okay for a little bit while he helped me outside to put my blades on. The blades I had purchased would not click in and he mentioned he did not feel comfortable letting me drive off if they didn't click in and so he took his time helping me find some blades that would fit and click in properly so I'll be good to go for my road trips all summer long. Mission accomplished! Thank you Alex for your help and O'Reilly Auto Parts for being there for me when a damsels in distress haha!”

“They had the wipers I needed at 3-4 different price tiers. Staff was pleasant and I had no problems checking out with my phone. The store was spacious and organized well with helpful signage.”
