The space, teachers, and classes are high-caliber and the energy is incredibly inviting. The offerings includes a variety of modalities and the community here is lovely.

Just went to Sunday evening sound bath and reiki with Emersen and Joyce. HIGHLY recommend trying it out especially if you have never participated in a sound healing. Very safe space and very relaxing but you can feel your energy shift. If possible schedule a private sound healing with Emersen. I had one after i was diagnosed with cancer and he placed the tibetan bowls directly on my body (with my permission) and feeling the vibration coupled with the sound was profound. Treat yourself to a sound healing... it just might be the self-care you need.

I'm looking for a yoga studio that has qualified certified teachers. The owner was nice, and the yoga studio looks charming, but she told me that most of the teachers have been practicing for a long time but may not be certified. I am glad for her honesty and I would give 5 stars for that. With so many fantastic certified instructors in Santa Cruz county (just throw a dart and you would find one!) I just don't trust that someone can get hurt learning from someone who isn't properly trained and taking teaching seriously. I've had terrible "gym" yoga instructors that didn't know what they were doing. I can stretch at home, but interested in learning from qualified instructors.

Loved the Slow Flow & Restorative class on Friday pm. Perfect pace and movement for winding down and decompressing. As others have said, the space is beautiful and the atmosphere is supportive and welcoming. Can't wait to visit again!

Bobi Hines is a great teacher. She is so at ease and compassionate with her students. I like how she shares stories at the start of each class, and I appreciate that she leads with gentle, injury-conscious positions. I love coming to this class every Tuesday!

Truly enjoy this studio with local owners who care about the community and actively work to build up the community. So many different options, classes and workshop. I love the focus on being a Healing Center and the Sound Bath & Reiki combination is AMAZING!
