The manager named Phong was very helpful and filled the medication that I needed on the spot.

Not the kind of place you want to deal with when you are desperate for help. I’ve been trying to get my migraine medicine refilled for 10 days and they keep messing up. I’m in too much pain to keep driving down there when they say it’s ready just to find out they messed up again, and they sound annoyed with me whenever I call. Rude, disorganized, and down right negligent.

How can a pharmacy be closed 2 days in a row? I can't pickup a critical prescription medicine and they won't transfer it to the other CVS across town. Terrible!!!

Not happy because their computer system indicated that a refill would be ready. When I went to pick it up, they said that they still had to contact the doctor. Hmmm....When I quizzed them further in a followup phone call, the pharmacist said that the problem was triggered by the insurance wanting to change from a 30 day supply to a 90 day supply, and that I didn't have sufficient refills to cover this. Doctor would have to be contacted, meaning no resolution until that could happen the following business day. This 30 day/90 day dance had never happened in the past. Before making this call, I checked on their automated line line, and it said that the prescription would be ready Friday noon. Why this answer, I asked. "The system makes a best guess based on getting information back for the doctor's office." Seems like the system has more faith in getting word back from the doctor than I have faith in CVS. Very frustrating.

This is the worst pharmacy and why I persisted for years in using them I can't say other than they were the closest to me. After my last interaction with pharmacy staff I would drive miles out of my way to avoid stepping foot in a CVS store again. I picked up 3 prescriptions which were not ready after being barraged with texts from them saying they were. This is the norm. You stand in a ridiculously long line to be told your prescription is not ready so you get to hang around until it is ready 15 to 30 minutes later. This time had a question about my insurance so I was told to stand in the drop off line. The girl that helped me was unspeakably rude to me. She ran my proscriptions through the computer then told me I now needed to go back to the pick up line and go through the whole transaction again. I asked her why because I had already paid for them and there was no change in the cost. She said it was because she had checked them on the computer??? She grabbed the prescriptions, pointed at me and said you stand there and walked off with the meds I had just paid for. I stood there for awhile and finally she called me to the pick up counter. She said she had been mistaken and didn't need to run them again. I asked for my meds back and calmly asked her why she needed to be so rude to me and she just stared at me. These people have no manners or skills and I don't know why I should trust them to fill my prescriptions. I will never shop at a CVS again and this is a good time to mention their ridiculous receipts in which they kill a whole forest every time they ring you up.

Unfortunately pharmacies in general appear overworked. CVS is no different. The CVS pharmacists are mostly all too busy to spend any quality time talking with you in a kind manner. There was one nice male pharmacist at the Bay Street CVS Pharmacy. I have yet to have a good experience except with that one man. The people at the cashier are pleasant. I believe many people would be surprised to hear how much power a pharmacist has. They can deny you your medication because they "think" you don't need it, no matter if you have a prescription. They can refuse to sell you a prescription that you have from a legal respectable doctor. CVS has done both to me. I only choose to go to another pharmacy who will fill my legal justified prescriptions. More people need to be aware CVS does this.

Interesting customer service. Some people are nice. One person was very frustrated with their register the other day. It was entertaining.

Getting prescriptions from this pharmacy is a joke. They lie and say either the prescription is ready or they are filling it now and when you arrive, nothing has been done. Long lines and the male technician that works back there, needs to be friendly.

Awful service -- with an attitude! Not a single prescription has ever been filled properly. No follow-up, no customer service at all. Avoid this pharmacy at all cost!
