CVS Pharmacy is considered the best pharmacy by some long-time customers. The staff is described as kind, fast, and excellent with great customer service and knowledge. They mess up very rarely, and when they do, they actually handle the problem and are helpful. Wait times are short or nonexistent. This location closes earlier than most and is closed on Sunday. One customer switched to this CVS after a negative experience elsewhere and has never been happier.

CVS inside of Target in Capitola always provides prompt & caring service. If I ever have any questions, they are always available to help. I also get all of my vaccines at this pharmacy. They are excellent in every way.
