I picked out a dozen Christmas cards that said, they were 2 for a dollar, and when I got to the register, they charge me a dollar a piece and the manager lady, even though I showed her, the sign is right on the rack, she said. "Oh well, the Hallmark person that stocked that shelf left a little note somewhere saying that some are 50 cents and some are a dollar, so there" and then she walked away.

Employees need some sort of training of how to act in front of customers and treat them. First red flag was an older lady with short hair basically screaming at a lady named Esther. I heard her shout about 3-4 times " you need to wait 2 minutes to clock in, You aren't allowed to clock in, Take my spot I need to clock out, etc" while the lady Esther wasn't even trying to. Not only was it unprofessional, it grossed me out in how she treated her. Genuinely hoping it wasn't racism towards her, but it's hard to tell. I came for my dad's memorial vases. I bought maybe 50 of them plus other items. (About $150). I asked if they can wrap them up with paper so they won't break. Esther told me no, but there's a box they can be put in. The box was rotted on the bottom and fell apart, so I just put them in my cart to not break. They would break in a bag. I realized that I couldn't push the cart out of the store. Esther suggested we use a hand basket and just bring it back inside. By now, the other rude lady had left. A skinny older lady shouted at me" nope you can't bring it outside." I had to Carry 50+ vases 2-4 at a time just in my hands to my car. I guess it was my fault that they didn't have paper or a box to grab their items. I would've order in bulk online but they didn't have square vases. Will never Go here again. Poor Esther. Hoping she finds another job where people treat her with respect.

The employees and manager, Alexander, are extremely rude and unprofessional. There is no clearly displayed policy anywhere in this store, or any store, at the register, on the doors, no where on any items, as being final sale. When trying to ask about the options and have a conversation with anyone about this, they refused and put their hand up turned and walked away. Manager refused to even talk to me initially, took three employees to go and get him before he would come talk to me.Very disrespectful and walked away any time I asked another question. I was quite reasonable and respectful, and was treated very unkindly and unprofessionally. No one would not offer me any other local phone number or even the name of their district manager, when asked directly, or work with me in any way. When Alex the manager finally did come talk to me, he spoke at me for 30 seconds, did not listen, and then sat in the office for 10 minutes. He came out and shoved a paper in my face with some 800# saying to “contact the legal department. They’re somewhere in the phone tree I’m sure you can figure it out.” And stormed off.I came here last night to get emergency first aid supplies for an animal that had been abused by someone and thrown out of their car. I bought extra of all the items just in case, and did not end up needing everything.I purchased these items 16 hours prior. I had a receipt, nothing has been opened or damaged. They did not have other items that I could utilize in exchange. But that wasn’t even offered, just refusal to accept any items back. The refusal to have a conversation in any way, then rudely making a scene when asking for contacts above his level is completely unacceptable and inappropriate. If he truly couldn’t do anything, he would provide this information instead of walking away and denying me any further assistance. This is ridiculously rude behavior and Alex has no business being a manager or in a customer facing role. He told me his job was to enforce store policy, which if that is in fact in his employee manual, Dollar Tree needs to rethink their business model.I have returned items to Dollar Tree before, without incident or such abhorrent behavior, so this policy is new or is specific to these stores. One last thing, their name should be $1.25 Tree, because nothing is $1.00.

Accessible entrance, easy to get to, overall a good dollar store, but many usual dollar store staples are completely out of stock.

Mask mandate has been lifted by the state and supposedly Dollar Tree, yet signs are still plastered all over the doors and inside. People were afraid to enter with out their mask. Very hard to understand the cashier, she removed her mask to tell us amount due.

Personally I am not jazzed about the price mark up but I do appreciate the various handy items I can acquire at the store I would otherwise have to purchase online and at a much greater price. Staff does there best to keep up with customer demand and long check out lines as we still work through low staffing.

Dollar Tree is now $1.25 and of course don’t forget the tax!! Lots of Xmas stuff not a lot of drinks tho. Not sure the reduced sized Rockstars are worth $1.25 though.
