Goodwill Central Coast is noted for its excellent selection, considered the best in the area for its wide variety of items. Customers find excellent things, including well-made brands, quality hats, and notable wood decoratives that are the best seen and can be repurposed. The store has plenty of aisles and an excellent person who stocks the display shelves with color-related items. The location is excellent, with plenty of carpark space and well-planned parking for drop-offs with no line-ups. However, the store suffers from the same issues as others. Customer service is generally not expected, though the staff is nice in general with a few awesome, positive cashiers who find time to talk to customers. A common criticism is that items are becoming overpriced for the brand and quality, with steep prices on low-quality clothes, a point some find laughable. There are still good things to be found, but it requires patience. The store offers an affordable price on some items, and families can enjoy the variety, but no discounts may be ongoing.
This is probably the best goodwill in terms of selection in this area. Still, it suffers from the same issues as all the stores do. Dont expect anything as far as customer service goes, and be prepared to find a lot of low quality clothes for some pretty steep prices. Still good things to be found if you have the patience
