Way over priced , nothing consistent

I used to love this Goodwill. Prices have gotten way too high for donated, used items. Twice the price of other Goodwill stores in the area. I’m all about reusing and repurposing items instead of buying new but when you can buy the same items new at lower prices, it just doesn’t make sense anymore. Gonna start looking at other thrift stores. Doesn’t it make sense to sell more stuff instead of sending most of it to a landfill? ?♂️

Prices are way top high. $12.99 for a used pair of jeans? You van get a brand new pair from Walmart for around the same price. Also, it's not very well organized with certain kinds of items to be found on several different shelves.

Donators: CUT OUT YOUR TAGS BEFORE DONATING!
Who is marking the prices, because you are dooming items to the landfill!!! Seriously, 22 bucks for a pilling Columbia jacket with food on the collar? 21 bucks for a neon yellow soul cycle bra? What are the odds someone comes in, likes the neon yellow, does soul cycle, the bra is in their size, AND thinks 22 is a good price? Literally 0. When I worked at a second hand store we at least looked on Depop and Poshmark to see typical prices. Everything you think is 20 bucks is easily 8-12 bucks anywhere else. Also you get it for free! What is the point??

This is probably the best goodwill in terms of selection in this area. Still, it suffers from the same issues as all the stores do. Dont expect anything as far as customer service goes, and be prepared to find a lot of low quality clothes for some pretty steep prices. Still good things to be found if you have the patience

A relatively big well organized shop, mostly for men & women apparel (less variety foe kids)

I just went to donate. The reception people were cheerful and friendly even though it was cold and rainy the day I went

The store is overpriced and the staff are very rude and inconsiderate.

The drop-off crew was very condescending to us. We were dropping off furniture and other items. They said they couldn't take except for a few pieces. We decided to just go somewhere else.

The prices are ridiculously high, all this is donated, should be more accessible!! Restroom never work, prices are getting higher and higher and there’s usually no one at the register and you just have to stand up there just waiting and waiting! Use to be a really goodwill but not anymore

I went on an Sunday and they were still taking items in the back of the building. So you're ok on Sunday to drop off. The parking for drop off was well planned and worked. No line-ups of cars. I stopped in to see what they had for #ghostpainting trend and all the good pics were taken. But I did find an item sold at Bloomindales and Neiman's that was priced to resell which is what I plan on doing. There is an excellent person who stocks the display shelves at the end of the aisles and that made it fun to check out the color-related items there. The wood decoratives were the best I have seen. All of these wood items can be re-designed for resell or re-enjoyment. There is enough there to get yourself a "channel", record the crafting and help others with ideas on how to repurpose the plain wood decoratives. May decoupage of the 70's be updated and come back! Heck. I may even do that! Bring back the tole flowers only updated for our new likings. So much to do with that aisle! There was no discount going on that day. I did not check out the clothes but there are plenty of aisles and notable were the hats in the store. I could see some of them well-made brands. Keep your eye open for quality hats there. Like to say thanks and you're welcome.

They sell the clothes as new, I'd better go to the ross to buy, they sell very expensive things and they are used, it's not worth it, better go to Ross or another store that is cheap.

The staff is nice in general with a few awesome cashiers that I’ve seen for years that are always positive and find time to talk to customers. Items are becoming overpriced for the brand and quality like most stores that sometimes it’s laughable unfortunately. Even the Goodwill in West Portal SF is cheaper with more quality items.
