The store is overpriced and the staff are very rude and inconsiderate.

The drop-off crew was very condescending to us. We were dropping off furniture and other items. They said they couldn't take except for a few pieces. We decided to just go somewhere else.

The prices are ridiculously high, all this is donated, should be more accessible!! Restroom never work, prices are getting higher and higher and there’s usually no one at the register and you just have to stand up there just waiting and waiting! Use to be a really goodwill but not anymore

I went on an Sunday and they were still taking items in the back of the building. So you're ok on Sunday to drop off. The parking for drop off was well planned and worked. No line-ups of cars. I stopped in to see what they had for #ghostpainting trend and all the good pics were taken. But I did find an item sold at Bloomindales and Neiman's that was priced to resell which is what I plan on doing. There is an excellent person who stocks the display shelves at the end of the aisles and that made it fun to check out the color-related items there. The wood decoratives were the best I have seen. All of these wood items can be re-designed for resell or re-enjoyment. There is enough there to get yourself a "channel", record the crafting and help others with ideas on how to repurpose the plain wood decoratives. May decoupage of the 70's be updated and come back! Heck. I may even do that! Bring back the tole flowers only updated for our new likings. So much to do with that aisle! There was no discount going on that day. I did not check out the clothes but there are plenty of aisles and notable were the hats in the store. I could see some of them well-made brands. Keep your eye open for quality hats there. Like to say thanks and you're welcome.

They sell the clothes as new, I'd better go to the ross to buy, they sell very expensive things and they are used, it's not worth it, better go to Ross or another store that is cheap.

The staff is nice in general with a few awesome cashiers that I’ve seen for years that are always positive and find time to talk to customers. Items are becoming overpriced for the brand and quality like most stores that sometimes it’s laughable unfortunately. Even the Goodwill in West Portal SF is cheaper with more quality items.

Don't donate Here. 3 times this week rude and inconsiderate staff picking iver expensive high quality items wouldn't take minute before opening even tho there working. Each time different guys seemed stoned and indifferent and didn't care other people have places yo be and they are receiving free stuff to sell. Go to grey bear instead. These guys do not care

Normally I love wasting sometime putzing around and looking at things. Not today. Picked up a few fun things. Found this beautiful bowl that was marked $2.99. Sweet! Go to check out with all my treasures and the cashier says that the bowl isn't $2.99 that it must have been miss marked and would be $5.99-10.99. Uhm, the sticker is pretty solid and doesn't look like it's been removed and reapplied. She says sorry you can't have it for $2.99. That she does the pricing and she would know. Fine then keep it and it will be a long time before I come back.

Shameful. I've been shopping at goodwill for over 30 years. I've watched the prices go up-and-up and I've watched them cull all the best stuff to sell online to the highest bidder. And even though the prices are sky high sometimes, I still shop there because, hey, they help people get jobs, right? Plus, once in a while I find a treasure.Well, today kind of threw me for a loop. They reorganized the store and raise the prices through the roof. I've included some photos of prices for things that absolutely should not be so high. I'm not going to even talk about the job training at goodwill or the fact that the CEO makes 500K per year. It's the prices. They are gouging people who are thrifting to save money and decrease their carbon the print, But $22 for a pair of used shoes that cost $50 new? $22 for an Alfani rayon tank?? It's getting bad and I'm disappointed. Plus, they ask you to round up at the register for another .01 to .99 per customeraliceminium.medium.com/t…
