I have received exceptional customer service from Jill's State Farm Insurance Office since 2013. I refuse to work with any other insurance companies. The Capitola State Farm Insurance team is elite. The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and efficient. Jill, Kyle, and Cindy have always been transparent with policies that are best suited for my needs. In my personal experiences, I have almost always worked with Cindy in completing my objectives. Cindy exemplifies role model customer service skills and always competes my insurance requests immediately. I am truly thankful for this insurance team and I would recommend their services to all.

When my Prius was dinged in a parking lot, I could tell that it would take a major repair. I am really pleased with the service from this local company. Their response to the claim was timely and they recommended an excellent auto body shop. The shop received the insurance papers immediately and my Prius now looks like new. I would recommend both State Farm and this agency.

I have used Jill Judd for every kind of insurance I've ever needed. Their rates are awesome and the service couldn't be better. It's very apparent that everyone in the office cares about their clients. They continue to amaze me by going above and beyond with their service. I called late in the evening recently on a Friday with something urgent and there was someone there to help me. Even if their rates weren't better than other options, I would still stay with them. Thank you to everyone in Jill Judd's office!
