If you don’t have a coupon then their prices can be pretty high. Whenever I need help ti check a price I can’t find anyone to help. Their service is bad.

My only complaint is that I can’t check my balance or pay my bill in the store! I forgot my cellphone and I was wanting to see the amount I could spend! There wasn’t a phone in the store I could use to call for my balance. A courtesy phone to check your balance would be a nice touch. Otherwise great!

It's well stocked, but I didn't find all that much that would appeal to my personal tastes in this store.
They did have some good shirts, but prices weren't what I was willing to pay ar this time. No sales or coupons for them either, so that prevented a potential sale, which is an unfortunate pity.
At best, all I can say it's an average store. It's not bad, but not amazing. Give it a check and maybe you'll find something you like here.

Very frustrating experience. I understand why they are shutting down a lot of stores down. Not enough help and no assistance. New to the area and to this Kohl's. I did pickup and couldn't find anyone to ask questions, get help with heavy items, or understand how I'm supposed to get items to my car without a cart or bags. I guess the store was clean but that's a low standard.

Avoid this place if you can. The clothes are low quality and the associates are just trying to trick you into deals that are predatory.
