Great teachers, good vibes, and the super hot and steamy rooms that really do the job!! I leave there sweating/ drenched from head to toe and the rest of the day I feel like I’ve gotten a deep tissue massage and brain massage. They do excellent classes and I keep coming back for more!

I had a really great experience here. It was my first time ever doing hot yoga. The instructor Nancy was amazing and very encouraging! I highly recommend trying her class.
