Scam. They told me my rewards would give a discount and then they didn’t work. They said no refund, no credit nothing. They entered the info wrong, but can’t fix it. Seriously, what’s the point having a rewards program if it doesn’t work.

Yikes. This place used to have decent priced ice for 1.99. Then it went up to $3 something and now it’s $5 a bag. Jesus!! Make it yourself at this point. Money grubbing company

I absolutely love coming here. Favorite gas station. 11/10/24 I think the lady’s name is Amanda. She is so kind. Also I thing a gentleman named Trey. Gosh I love these people. Whoever the hiring manager is. Good work and great work to these two. I wish they had a tip jar.

This car wash was a joke! It left loads of dirt and all the insect droppings. It’s 1/2 clean and polka dotted now. What a waste of money and 30min waiting in line.

Not a safe gas station. They have some drug dealing and usage near the car wash you gotta get super close to if wanna wash car. Inhaled second hand something waiting in line. Not good.

Someone needs to teach Angel, the cashier, a little customer service. I am a regular at this station and this guy conducts your entire transaction without saying one word; there is no smile, no good morning, no thank you - NOTHING. It's very rude.

I went here specifically for two things: a touchless car wash and to use a bathroom.I am grateful to have found a touchless car wash because I have a finish on my car that my detailer highly recommends a touchless car wash. I was somewhat satisfied with the car wash. However, my car wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked it to have been. The good thing was that my car didn’t get scratched by brushes. I believe that they need to make the car wash go longer.I also went to this particular station because I needed to use the restroom. I went into the store, and the friendly cashier gave me the key to the outside bathroom. I walked out to the bathroom, and when I grabbed the door knob, the door opened without using the key. I was feeling a little anxious about someone opening the door while I was using the toilet, but that didn’t happen. The person before me probably didn’t close the door completely when they left the toilet.The convenience store was huge with lots of items to buy.Outside, there is air for your tires, and you can vacuum your car for a handful of quarters. I was impressed that they had buckets with water and windshield squeegees—I haven’t seen very many squeegees at gas stations lately.

Went in to the shell station on 41st and Capitola road that has a drive through car wash. I paid for the premium wash which was $15.99 The car came out filthy. The brushes never scrubbed anything off, the car was sprayed with soap and then sprayed off. They also included a wax at the end, which could not work as dirt was all over my car. I went in to tell the attendants that something was wrong. They said no, that's the touch-less wash! They did not offer to give me a free re-do or anything! Warning, never choose touch-less, it does. Or clean your car!
