Touchless car wash. Expensive. Car still filthy afterwards. Not long enough drying cycle. Car still wet. Garbage.

I went here specifically for two things: a touchless car wash and to use a bathroom.I am grateful to have found a touchless car wash because I have a finish on my car that my detailer highly recommends a touchless car wash. I was somewhat satisfied with the car wash. However, my car wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked it to have been. The good thing was that my car didn’t get scratched by brushes. I believe that they need to make the car wash go longer.I also went to this particular station because I needed to use the restroom. I went into the store, and the friendly cashier gave me the key to the outside bathroom. I walked out to the bathroom, and when I grabbed the door knob, the door opened without using the key. I was feeling a little anxious about someone opening the door while I was using the toilet, but that didn’t happen. The person before me probably didn’t close the door completely when they left the toilet. The convenience store was huge with lots of items to buy.Outside, there is air for your tires, and you can vacuum your car for a handful of quarters. I was impressed that they had buckets with water and windshield squeegees—I haven’t seen very many squeegees at gas stations lately.

This is a nice gas station, but not for folks who need anything at night or early morning, I work at night, I purchased a car wash after getting gas, the gas pump advised me to see a clerk for my reciept, mind I get it's 3:30 am , but the door advertises that the business is 24/7 anyways I ring the bell twice, then call, the female employee comes out of her office looking like I just woke her up, stammers to the door, and placed a closed from 2am to 4am sign I try and get her attention as I need my reciept for the 15$ car wash I purchased, then she proceeds to walk away and slam her office door shut again, very rude, very inconsiderate and very inconvenient, I wish no I'll will against this employee, but come on, we need to show a little bit of professionalism.

Would give negative stars if possible.1. “Ultimate Touchless” ($15.99) wash does absolutely nothing except spray water on your car.2. Employee on duty was rude and disrespectful. Failed to even pretend to care about the customer in her customer service position.Even then, the spray isn’t at the proper angle or pressure to remove anything. I had a light layer of dust/salt on my car and spots from drops splashing in rain and a puddle. My car looked no different than it did prior to the wash. So, I went in to the cashier to tell her and show her my car was still completely covered with dirt. One look would tell you a garden hose would have done more. Her response was “I asked you if you knew it didn’t use brushes.” I replied “yes, that’s the point of a ‘touchless’ wash, but you didn’t tell me it also didn’t use soap.”I requested another wash, first. She said no, can’t do it. Then requested refund. Also denied. Not because she couldn’t do it. You wouldn’t staff an employee overnight without the ability to void or refund a transaction.Instead, she stated I had to talk to the manager the next morning. Right, because have time to stop by during commute hours to speak with the manager. Why else would I be preparing my car in the evening? And he’s going to look at my car a full 15 hours or so later and provide a refund when any number of things could happen to dirty my car again?Employee: “I don’t know what if car wash no work he will check cameras.”Me: Pointing out the large windows to car in plain view, obviously still dirty from 30 feet away, “Why does he need to check cameras? My car is right there and it’s still dirty!”Employee: *Shrugs, IDGAF frowns*Other customers watching: “…wow that’s after the wash?….what the hell? … I’ll buy you another wash.”Politely, I declined, because it wasn’t his responsibility to right the wrong. But, thank you, kind stranger.I’ve primarily used touchless car washes for over 15 years, because of the risk of scratches from the brushes of gas station washes. Other touchless washes and all did a good enough job, even with a really dirty car. when they actually dispensed cleansers and detergents and not just water.

Went into Shell station yesterday and waited for an employee to come back from break to fill my propane container, He was late from break and tried to tell me it was to late because it was dark outside, which it was not yet, plus I had been waiting for him. He did fill it but gave me a lecture . I'M a customer and he is a employee, what happen to customer service??

Good car wash prices.Only thing is they only take cash or credit.Wish it gave more time to dry.But my vehicle came out nice and shiny.

I would avoid this car wash if you can. Noticed after a few months of washes on my new car the paint is all scratched and marred Hayes marks all over the car. $11 for a basic gas station wash

If you don't want your car paint scratched and marred I would avoid this at all costs. After using this car wash for 3 months I noticed a scratching haze all over my brand new car. Avoid at all costs. $11 for gas station car wash that scratches your paint. Ridiculous

Tried car wash here. Touchless and soft brush available. Not manual.Because of some previous bad reviews, we didn't opt for soft brush.Had a decent waiting line. So can take some time.

Well the gas is more expensive here than other places around but sometimes you gotta get gas. Always a lot of pumps open because it's more expensive, so that's nice for me. Their stations have always been in working order and the nozzles are in good condition. Never tried the car wash as I hand wash at home, or had to go inside for anything. I consider that a plus though, I'm more of an in and out gas station guy. Also they have diesel if you need it

Clean place. BUT if you want to fill up a full tank be ready to use your card twice. They limit you to only $85.

Great carwash at this Shell location. I tried both the touch less and brush washes. I had no problems with both as they did the job. But I will probably lean towards touchless and bring my own towel to finish the final touches. Will definitely be back for more washes.

I went in to ask if I could get a refill on a propane tank. Was told someone would be right with me. I waited 5 minutes outside. No one came. Went back into the store and was told to wait another 10 minutes for another employee to come back from his break. I would have appreciated being told it was a 15 minute wait from the start instead of having my time wasted.
