The short dark haired Mexican lady is always grumpy & never smiles.she is always in the parking lot smoking & chatting with her random boyfriends... (Other people come IN, to use the quarters change machines & then they leave) & this facility doesn't even keep the quarter machine full.

Clean and pleasant place to do laundry. Can be busy on the weekends, but I have always been able to find a washer. The laundry attendant keeps the place clean and free of trash. There is WiFi available, and about 50% of the washers take credit/debit cards. None of the dryers take cards, so bring quarters if drying. Change machine on site.

My dryer is down so I had to find a place. I was nervous since I have not been to a laundry. Only when I was a newly married wife. That was in the 70’s. This laundry place is clean and takes cash/credit cards. Ample parking. An attendant is available for assistance. It has TVs, chairs, tables while you wait. Laundry place is located in a mall with restaurants, See’s candies, gas station, pet store and hardware store. What I like the most is that the machine locks during cycle or in operation. No one can open mid-cycle and take your laundry. This has happened to me once at The Laundry place near Mountain Mikes Pizza on Portola. Thank you for being a safe place for working people.

Absolutely love this Laundry Mat! Lot's of different priced washing machine selections and you can dry tons of clothes, super fast and cheap! Susie is an amazing Laundry Attendant! It was extremely clean and good vibes all around!

I do my laundry here, since Snow White laundry closed some time back. This place has newer machines..large..machines. It costs 5$ for 36 minute wash and spin. These machines work great! I go to See,s candy right next door and treat myself while doing the wash...not too bad for a Laundry Day.☺️

Great laundrymat. Very clean. All the ladies that work there are always busy cleaning and doing fluff n fold. They greet you and say hello. They have lots of different size washers and dryers. They have lots of baskets. Machines work well. A few leak but doesn't affect your laundry. Lots of parking, usually. It does get busy at times. They take quarters and debit cards for the washers. I live on the west side of Santa Cruz but drive to 41st cause it's a great laundromat.

Just want to say as far as cleanliness and functionality it's 5 stars all the way, employees are always polite and helpful, the reason for my low rating is all about the price, those tiny bottles of gain are $1.25 at the dollar store or $3:50 at the laundry mat. That's some major price gouging...

Nicest laundromat in the area!!! Very clean.Some machines take quarters and debit or credit cards??. And they have a wash service for you to drop clothes off!!!Open from 7am -12am

This facility is very clean and modern, easy to use, and has a decent folding area with a lot of machines. Only a couple of machines out of service when we went there which is kind of uncommon in laundromats. The only drawbacks are that parking can be a little sparse and the machines are a little pricey.

a little expensive but great for a urgently needed wash. lots of machines and some take card which is a huge plus for a college student who doesn't carry around quarters like me

Our washer broke- ugh, so I turned to Yelp to find a laundry mat close by with the added help of reviews too. This had high ratings and I think this is why... It's huge and has a lot of machines to choose from- all top notch, various sizes and each with all the settings you need (look for the size you need as cost to do your load is determined by size of machine). The attendant was busy cleaning and helping customers with a very friendly attitude. I'd go back again for the large machine to wash bed cover.

If you want your clothes to be well washed and not damaged, the machines here are good and for the price you pay they give you more time for washing, that is savings and efficiency and the place is very large, do not mistreat your clothes in other places, come to Spin Cicle
