It is a large place with people getting both manicures and pedicures. The person giving me a manicure was professional and polite. They explained the different managers and the prices. I will be going back.

My sister in law and I went for a mani, she got a mani/pedi and we both had a wonderful experience! We had an appointment but they are extremely efficient so I’d do a walk-in next time.
My nail specialist, Sherri, was absolutely lovely! We had a nice conversation while she did a brilliant job on my nails. She was so nice and I will ask to work with her again next time. They also offer a shoulder massage, which I really needed, and I was very relaxed the whole time. I also just had knee surgery so I need a little extra help with my chair which Sherri provided without even being asked, she was very thoughtful.
Drying station is a big plus, I’ve never left a shop with dry nails before!
This is definitely the best manicure experience I’ve ever had and I would highly recommend this shop!

I have been coming here for years and it’s been my favorite spot.
The pedis are amazing don’t get me wrong but the past several times I have gotten a full set my nails come out really really bad.
They already looked like I needed a fill the day I got them . No cuticle trim or anything my nails look so bad. I gotta find a new spot because it’s just not worth the money or wait here for what they do.

Yuck yuck. I know 2 people who have a toe nail fungus after going here. Sooooo gross they cut corners and don’t sanitize correctly here. I would avoid but do as you please and risk a gnarly toe fungi if I’ve ever seen it! Gross.

Consistently great service. Everytime I go I love my nails, no matter what staff member I get. I recommend getting an appointment because sometimes the wait is long. But the wait is always worth it. Highly recommend!

Waited 15 minutes in the lobby and Then 45 minutes in a chair for a pedicure. Not cool at all. Once they have your feet in running water they don’t care how long you wait. No one said anything to me.
