“I had a major issue with my ski boots... pressure points, constantly hurting my feet, and then I met Squeely!! he works upstairs at Hansen and performed some miracles on my boots. Super comfortable now. love his knowledge and expertise and patient demeanor as we worked through the issues. many kudos to him and Hansen's.”

“Recently found this gem and can’t stop coming back! I’m amazed by the huge selection and variety of products. Truly a one stop shop! From the exotic snacks and energy drinks, to the HUGE selection of wine, this place is where it’s at. They also have (literally) everything needed in a pinch; deodorant, cutlery, birthday cards and stationary, tools. You name it, they have it. Also can’t miss the friendly faces up front and all the vapes, wraps, glass, and lotto behind the counter!”

“This was my first purchase from Roark (women's line). For me the number one reason I return to an online store is their customer service. Not knowing how the sizing ran I went with the models measurements along with my normal sizing. I purchased a jacket and a few other items for a trip this week. I paid for two day shipping so I would receive items in time. The small was a tad too small and needed M. I spoke to customer service online which responded right away. I was able to exchange and receive before my trip this week. I will definitely be purchasing other awesome items from Roark. The women's line is awesome!”
“I came in to find out the hours of the store across from yours. They had no hours posted. Frustrating but the young lady, Abbi was so sweet and kind. She asked if she could help me. I told her I was looking for a pair of earrings. She showed me what you had but they were not right for me. Since she was so sweet I decided to look around the store to see if there was anything I could find as a gift for my friends back home. Well, I found one item and my friend love it. Matt wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my Allbirds and he recommended a few pairs that he thought would fit my needs. “What A amazing store. They partner up with indigenous designers and help purchase land so that they can continue to perform spiritual practices. The designs are really cool and I love everything in there. The blankets are amazing and worth splurging on. The clothes are cute and have a boho chic vibe. This place is worth visiting.”
“Went to the mall to wander around not for anything in particular. Hurley was having a sale and we just went in to take a look. I ended up finding a few things for my daughter and even a tank for my Dad for Father's day. They have everything from sandles and sunglasses to swimsuits and everyday wear. All sizes too, aomethiyfpr the lil's on up to adult's.It was quite busy and the staff were pretty much tied up but they still had time to greet people as they walked in and were there to help if you needed anything. Upon checkout the staff was awesome and took time to chat a bit with each customer. Really nice people and some awesome deals on great stuff.”

“Always liked this store due to the manageable size and the easy shopping experience. On my two recent visits in Oct and Nov '22, I was very impressed by a young employee named Hayley. She is polite, observant, and offered assistance with during both visits with holding my selection of for me at the register, and with helping me look for sizes, colors that were not on display. It is rare to experience such understated yet sincere customer service that really enhances the shopping experience, specially during the busiest shopping season of the year. Hayley deserves recognition for her exceptional performance.”

“I happened to be back in Cardiff, and ran into fowler's for quick directions. I ended up shopping around and doing some market research while having a very lovely conversation with the cool owner of the boutique, Chris. There are a bunch of cool bits and bobs, surf clothing, and all things laidback and chill. It is very much Cardiff in a boutique. Relaxed, friendly atmosphere, and absolutely lovely. I will be back (hopefully Wednesday) when I have more time to shop. Gotta support good folks! Btw: This boutique is near Cardiff seaside market, so if you're around to pick up some crack, the colloquial term for the best Tri tip in the world, stop by and shop at fowlers. It's a really rad shop.”
