Visited this location with my 1 year old. The cashier whom assisted barely spoke or greeted. Being an African American woman it is disheartening when you receive this type of greeting but yet when a Caucasian man comes after you they receive a warm happy greeting. This is 2024 people ! We are all humans and regardless of our pre conceptions of others should treat everyone equally. Living in Texas I see a huge difference when it comes to hospitality here. Some may say I’m overreacting however I can read energy well. Maybe it wasn’t necessarily race but the demeanor and body language spoke. This immediately changed with the next guest. I hope not only the workers but also the guest can treat everyone with respect and hospitality. You never know how you can affect someone’s day with your actions. God bless.

Asked for receipts after price appeared hig for items ordered. Cashier/owner quickly cancelled and provide a bogus receipt for what I did not purchase. Slimming or overcharging customers,

That "bitchy" lady that all of these reviews are about is actually awesome, personable, and very kind! I've been coming here for years and the people running this gas station are beyond friendly and helpful. It gets busy, and things happen out if anyone's control. My advice, if the "residents" can't be real and feel they deserve unreasonable service. Take your business a little ways south and get your "the customer is always right, ego boosting, fake service. If you work at a gas station, you have to be loud and proud.

False advertising 12/18/23 employees with no nametags falsely advertising prices. Posted price 4.50 for protein drink (labels in picture) insisted on charging 5.50 refusing to identify themselves, workers also appeared to be nodding off on fetanyl on the job (eyes barely open somewhat comatose). Another shady business

Minus 10 star!!!! For Cashier tonight Nov 26, 2023 @ 8:20pm & possibly owner standing next to her. Worst customer service ever experienced and the possible owner allowed it and did not step in. I was honest enough to let her know I wasted a coffee cup because two of their brewed coffees were cold. Instead of checking and giving the PAYING customer the benefit of the doubt, she argued and was rude! Stay away from this place that doesn’t know how to honor honesty! After her rude response I asked her to check the coffee and she said “no, we just made it and know it’s not cold”. “No, I don’t have to check anything”.
Her 4 years of “customer service” is questionable! Maybe next time, I’ll just trash the cup and keep my mouth shut!
Please don’t respond with “please contact us at….” Just correct the problem which apparently isn’t a new one based on other reviews. Sounds like the same cashier “Latina” or “Mexican American” looking one.

Open, easy to park parking lot. Pretty quick service. 2 cashiers usually present. Well stocked items. Clean and tidy.

This is the first 711 that I have experienced Luke warm coffee every time or there is no coffee made. Yes I've experienced the same bitchy lady . This was my last straw. Will not go there, I rather drive out of my way to a different 711.
