buyer be aware. Of a scam that adidas in Carlsbad at the premium outlet mall address of store address 5630 paseo del Norte. I was questioned by bank about a 5.00 dollar charge charge for a thing called soccer federation I said no I did not authorize that . I had to cancel my credit card .i have called their corporate store and been treated rather rudely when i asked to talk to them and let me talk to Anthony the store manager. They have lied on several ocassions he isn’t there and they are aware of his charges and won’t do anything about it . They put u on hold every time. I have informed the better business and going to contact their corporate media and an attorney . they lie and say it’s a legit charge no it’s not if u don’t authorize it.iam senior citizen they did this . So now it’s going to cost them more as iam taking it to small claims . everyone br aware they are doing it every one’s bank and won’t give u the money bank or a receipt for it . Their corporate is useless

I ordered shoes from addidas online store for $97. The updates say I will receive them in 3 days. 5 days later It's the same email, but , 3 days late, so I call. Of course customer service is in Phillipines. Can hardly understand him. They contact carrier and tell me it's shipped somewhere else , they can't find it. I ask for money back or ship another pair. Answer is no to both. Hopefully ontrack or addidas will figure it out . Meanwhile I want like a Tucker. Never again

The only way is to read to fine print of every single shoe box.

This was the first time that I went into the Adidas outlet store and Caleb was so nice to help me as I am in a wheelchair, he got the shoes that I wanted and really took his time with me and I really appreciate that.

What can I say about Duran Mafe, first of all I’ve been in the store many times and walk out so many times because I wasn’t getting no help. This time at 06-16-2024 4:00 pm because I needed new shoes for work. I was looking around and saw Duran and ask some questions what I’m Looking for. Automatically he know what I was looking for. I bought the TERREX hiking shoes. Duran knows his product knowledge very well. I know I will coming back because of Duran and let my friends and family only ask for Duran. I’m already looking for the same pair and going to call Duran to hold them for me . Adidas please need more people like Duran to increase sales and customer service. Happened to get there 10-15 minutes before store closing. Was not rushed out, hurried along, or asked to make final selections. This actually made me want to speed up my shopping as I feel most employees just want to hurry people along so they can close out their day. I ended up buying two items. Thanks for a great, quick shopping experience!
