I have been working out with Sean Salazar at Anywhere Gym for 10 years. I have been so happy over this decade. Sean has helped me with my dietary changes to maximize my results, he monitors my progress to ensure that I achieve my fitness goal. The boot camps are amazing (it’s not a militant boot camp, it keeps you challenged but with an encouraging instructor). I have been through a number of fitness programs and this is by far the best. We started with Anywhere Gym in 2011 to help us in couples personal training for our wedding. It was a big achievement, but the trainer was spot on with what we needed to achieve our goals. I did my research on reviews and background (the owner has a nutrition certification, in addition to fitness). It is easy to book/attend classes. Everyone there is family, most have been there since we joined! Most important, we feel productive after each workout. I have a lot of back and neck issues (even surgery) and we keep coming back whether we are completely unfit or continuing our routine. Sean, the owner, is very constructive/patient about showing modifications that allow to still have a great workout. That is rare. I cannot say enough great points about this company.

Joining Anywhere Gym was the best thing I ever did! Sean was a great trainer and the workouts he put together were awesome! I hit and surpassed my goal of losing 30 lbs. The gym is clean and the equipment was top notch. I highly recommend!!

Great personal training style class that delivers results! Sean has transformed the way I approach for and working out. His approach has kept my health online and has really changed my outlook on working out and eating healthy to maintain my shape since the transformation through his gym. I was a mom of 2 and was gaining weight slowly and didn’t know how to manage it. Thank goodness I found Anywhere gym! He has changed how I manage my weight and health!

I have been with Sean twice weekly for almost 20 years now. My fitness prior to my recent radical surgery has helped me immensely to maintain my mobility during recovery. He's the best at what he does. He has adapted our regular routine to my current abilities very well. I highly recommend him to everyone seeking to improve their bodily health.

I just finished the fitness challenge with Sean and can't say enough about him and his wonderful staff and gym. The gym was very clean and had great equipment to workout with. The workouts include a nice warm up and stretching session, a challenging workout, and finished with abs and stretching. Him and Lindsey (morning instructor) we very involved and welcoming and I will definitely be back.
