Am I invisible? Am I not a customer? What am I to people? I wasn't noticed at all. I was looking for help with questions I wanted to ask. I wanted to buy my wife a phone. I had asked for a translator, and got nothing in return.

No restroom in Apple stores where you have wait at least 1 hour for repair lines and tech service is not good. Every Apple store I had been does not have restrooms.

Awful service and untrained staff. Never had a bad experience with Apple stores until now but this one was actually bad enough that I want to return the items

The Apple Store is run just like all the others. I needed to replace my Apple watch and the lady helping me was very helpful. Lots of pro tips such as making sure my phone had latest software upgrade to iOS 26 before pairing my new watch. Crowded but not crazy crowded.

Clearly,
Apple stores care mostly about selling products. The wait for service when your Apple Product needs repair is unacceptable. You will wait several hours to see someone who can assist you. There are many employees around to tell you eventually you will be seen but do t count your breath. Good service at this store to help you after you purchased your produce is NOT a priority.
I am a very unhappy customer.

Terrible service. It took them 1 hour to repair my phone after I waited there for 4 hours just for them to tell me that it needed to be repaired. On top of that, I had asked for a warranty exchange and they couldnāt even do that for me, instead they made me pay $400 just to repair my phone. Unbelievable.

The WORST Apple Store!! I have gone there twice now and have had to walk out both times because of not receiving any help nor greeted whatsoever! And to top the both experiences off I have walked in alongside another party and that party was helped within seconds. I am very upset especially with the fact of making eye contact with many of the employees and still not receiving any form of help, I am someone who works in customer service. I will never come back because of this which is unfortunate being this is the closest location to me.

Terrible service. Iām actually so surprised. Went in looking for something small asked for help, stood around waiting for more than 15 minutes. Went home and ordered from Amazon. Come on Apple, you need to do better.
