This place is a complete waste of time and money. The worst customer service, Apple is cheap on customer service and doing the right thing but expensive on sucking up the customers precious time and money.

It’s good place to get replacement and a good surface but the rules do not guarantee the warranty that you buy Apple plus they give you new warranty for the new part replacement part follow the original warranty, no new warranty for the new replacement that you get from Apple plus thereterm & condition need to be fixed

Kyle at the Genuis Bar helped me with my issue and gave me an excellent resolution. He is a smart guy with a lot of experience and a patient communicator. I was pleased with my appointment. It was worth the time and travel.

I always have the best experience at this store. I do not understand the low reviews by other customers in this store. This is one of the busiest retail stores still thriving in a world that's gone mostly online. These people are harassed threatened and degraded day after day. And they still show up every day to fix your devices and sell you new products. Your lack of preparation or planning isn't their fault. Be kinder and maybe you'll get better service. I have never had the employees at this store treat me disrespectfully or not fix my problem. I am an Apple customer for life because their product is superior and always will be. You get back what you put out there - it would behoove more people to remember that.

I recently had a fantastic experience at the Apple Store in Carlsbad, and I can't praise their staff enough, especially Kyle. I went in with issues concerning my Apple Pencil and had scheduled a Genius Bar appointment on Black Friday (I know, crazy thing to do but I had to get this issue resolved), a day when the store was bustling with shoppers. Despite the chaos, Kyle ensured I was seen promptly, addressing not only the problems with my device but also taking the time to explain the root causes. His kindness and intelligence were evident as he navigated through the busy store, maintaining a focus on exactly what I needed.Kyle's personable approach made the entire experience pleasant, standing out in the midst of the holiday rush. The Apple Store itself is spacious and well-organized, with an array of beautifully set up demos showcasing the latest Apple technology. Kyle's exceptional service deserves recognition, making my visit to the Carlsbad Apple Store a truly positive one.

Friendly staff but during my recent visit they told me their tech room was getting remodeld and they didn't have access to all their equipment.
