This Basics-n-Beyond - Apple Authorized Service Provider location has closed

Basics-n-Beyond, an Apple Authorized Service Provider, has been a trusted and reliable resource for the community for over 15 years. However, the business is now closing its doors, and customers are asked to retrieve any remaining personal property from the store by August 18, 2023. The reviews of Basics-n-Beyond highlight the exceptional service and expertise provided by the team. Customers praise the professionalism, knowledge, and patience of the staff, particularly Chris, Troy, and Alan, who have gone above and beyond to assist with various Mac and iPhone repairs and troubleshooting. Customers appreciate the team's ability to handle even the most challenging issues, such as repairing older or "antique" Macs that other service providers were unable to fix. The reviews emphasize the team's willingness to explain the repair process in a way that customers can understand, making the experience pleasant and informative. Despite the impending closure, Basics-n-Beyond has left a lasting impression on its customers, who express their gratitude for the exceptional service and their trust in the team's abilities. The business will be missed, but the positive impact it has had on the community will not be forgotten.
