Outstanding Customer service. Alan took the time and helped me work though my Mac Display issue. He also helped me figure out how to get my files off the hard drive of my old Macbook Pro that went down, He refused to charge me for the time he spent explaining the process. Took care of and honored Apple Care warranty to replace screen under warranty. Professional, communicative and met all promised deadlines. Would definitely go back as well as encourage others to use them...Most more personal experience than the Apple Store.
