I always buy my boy nice clothes, shoes, backpack, toys, pjs, jackets etc from Carter's & OshGosh brands. They have Hotwheels & American flag shirts, tanks! Sometimes I order online, delivery pickup or shop in the store. Cute, classy, great quality merchandise.

SUPER HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The manager in this store is so rude. When I bought their products, their system was down and she did not know when it would back. So I couln't pay and then she told me to come back. When I came back, I asked them about the details of receive because it confused me. The manager did not want to explain because they almost close ( Maybe she just want to go home). She did not explain, she just told me that " IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BUY IT, THEN YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BUY IT" if I do not want to buy it then why I ran back with carrying my baby on my hand. It only take some minute to explain to your customer, why she was rude to customer like that. I just got their credit card and I really want to cancel it.

What a refreshing store to enter after an awful experience at the coach outlet. I was greeted with a friendly smile and a nice explanation of the sales and specials they have. 3 different employees asked if was ready to check out or needed help. Sorry to hear others had a poor experience, I'm a mom and I get it though. It gets frustrating when the store is busy and we're always looking for something specific for the kids. It's a popular place and I appreciate the great service they provided on a Saturday. Back to the staff, couple things I noticed: 1- they recognized each other for great work. For example they had a huddle about how busy Fri night was and how great they handled it. A manager said good job to an employee who went through their sales with me. 2- they are happy. They were talking to one another and laughing. Idk what is customary in retail stores, but as a customer I definitely did not see that as unprofessional. It's shows how good the store is doing with their work culture.

This store is extremely busy besides that alondra provided excellent customer service!! Had bunch of questions for her and even got an amazing deal with a carters credit card !!! I will definitely be coming back to purchase the whole store thank you alondra !!

The staff are extremely rude. Clothes are cute so I gave it a two. I would like to shop there if the staff wasn't so hostile.
