Reading the other reviews the staff attitude seems to be a reoccurring issue. The "branch manager" was rude and not helpful at all. If you need to go in, seek another location. I now know why the branch was empty.

My fiancé and I were helped by Suzy Z. back in Feb. 2023 and I went to her on my own today because I remembered how great she was to work with. Suzy is professional, knowledgeable and I'm so happy that I got to work with her a second time. She's a total gem and my experiences at this Chase branch have been really great!

ALWAYS difficult to do any transaction at this branch. We are private clients and the way we have been treated by most of the staff I'd horrible. Many times there is no one "available"...need to make an appt to do the simplest transactions. I have been in the branch where on,y one teller is there...if any others are there they are hidden. (Or "they went to grab lunch") Today was the final straw. Called with a question..pretty simple. The teller yelled the same answer to me over and over...talked over me the entire conversation and was very rude ...I kept saying "let me finish my sentence"...or "please just answer my simple question without " before interrupting me over and over again. Michelle was on speaker phone and my out of state guests were appalled. Have several accounts there. Will ne moving them all in the next few days. No excuse for horrible phone manners to any client!

This Chase location has the worst staff!!! They are rude, none of them know how to do their job except the white man cashier, they don't know how to handle money which should scare you!! I have used locations in Oceanside and Vista and this is the absolute worst one!!! Do yourself a favor and use another bank if you live in the La Costa area. Horrible.

Horrible customer service. Went to open a bank account and got greeted by the manager and told us they couldn't help us. What the happened to customer service? We were there. She was not helping anyone. But because she was short staffed she couldn't help us? Poor excuse. If she was with someone I would understand but there was no one on her cubicle. Disappointed on Chase. Hiring people that don't want to work.

I personally like chase bank and I like this location because it has a drive thru atm. I haven't had the chance to stop in, but I'm sure like all the other chase banks it's all the same clean bank.

I've been coming to this branch for about five years. Initially it was great with so many welcoming faces and getting to know the folks that worked there. It was nice to walk in and they recognize you and know your name. Sadly with all the ATM's being brought in to the inside of this location, they ended up letting most of the people go. Now you deal with a machine more than a human which is sad. But if I see a teller at one of the two windows, I rather deal with them. When you have questions, the machine can't help. It saddens me that robotics are replacing humans in banks, markets, etc. Otherwise this is a fantastic location as I run most my errands in the same complex. They do offer money management/investment at this location although I haven't seen that person yet.
