This Chase location has the worst staff!!! They are rude, none of them know how to do their job except the white man cashier, they don't know how to handle money which should scare you!! I have used locations in Oceanside and Vista and this is the absolute worst one!!! Do yourself a favor and use another bank if you live in the La Costa area. Horrible.

Horrible customer service. Went to open a bank account and got greeted by the manager and told us they couldn't help us. What the happened to customer service? We were there. She was not helping anyone. But because she was short staffed she couldn't help us? Poor excuse. If she was with someone I would understand but there was no one on her cubicle. Disappointed on Chase. Hiring people that don't want to work.

I personally like chase bank and I like this location because it has a drive thru atm. I haven't had the chance to stop in, but I'm sure like all the other chase banks it's all the same clean bank.

I've been coming to this branch for about five years. Initially it was great with so many welcoming faces and getting to know the folks that worked there. It was nice to walk in and they recognize you and know your name.Sadly with all the ATM's being brought in to the inside of this location, they ended up letting most of the people go. Now you deal with a machine more than a human which is sad. But if I see a teller at one of the two windows, I rather deal with them. When you have questions, the machine can't help. It saddens me that robotics are replacing humans in banks, markets, etc.Otherwise this is a fantastic location as I run most my errands in the same complex. They do offer money management/investment at this location although I haven't seen that person yet.

It’s sad when you can’t go to your own bank to take out money without being interrogated for information. Especially after already given the teller two forms of identification, my social, my address and a text message passcode. I understand that there’s a lot of fraud out here; however, just because I look different from you doesn’t mean I’m the one doing it… I wish Chase would have flagged my account for fraud when it actually happened. Chase as a whole talk a good game about diversity and inclusion, but does a poor job of living up to it. Your bank just lost a good customer.

This is just from my experience of going through this drive-thru since the bank opened a couple years ago. The buttons are always grimy.

I am often intimidated by Banks and the employees however coming here has regained my face and good people. The manager Ivan is extremely kind-hearted as easy to work with I definitely recommend this location over any other I drove from Escondido because the staff here is a lot nicer

They just replaced all tellers with one single machine inside. Don’t worry, I only have 8 accounts with you.

If you park near this bank they will call the cops on you! I parked my car maybe 75-100 feet away from this branch at approx 8:15am to join a conference call. Approx 30 minutes later the cops were knocking on my window asking for ID and hovered over me until I left. Avoid this branch as they call the cops on their own customers!

If you park near this branch, they will call the cops on you! I needed a quiet place to join a conference call. I parked in the vicinity of this branch, not up next to the bank. I was on a conference call for approx 35-40 minutes when a cop knocked on my window asking me for ID! Avoid this terrible branch and the idiots who work there.

Not sure where to begin. We initially opened a few business and personal accounts at this branch. I thought everything was great until I received a phone call from someone investigating me opening these accounts. I was asked if I was present, did I go to the branch, did I provide proof of my social security number, to name a few. I didn't understand why I was being asked these questions. A few days later I was told my accounts were going to be closed. I immediately went to another branch and was told I needed proof of my social security number due to the initial employee using my federal id # as my social security #. I then went to the la Costa branch and presented my proof. I was then informed the manager was closing my accounts. Please know the original woman who opened my 3 accounts has since been fired and replaced. I find this extremely strange and am now worried about my identity. Do not use this bank, very strange
